Together with the Governmental support this Program enjoys financial arrangements provided by international financial institutions (World Bank and others). SIEMENS IP references in Belarus: - Grodno Azot (2 x SSC-300x2 in operation), - Belkaliy ( 1xSSC-300, 2xSSC-700 delivery stage) - Mogilev RK-3 repowering (2 x SGT-300, just selected with Technoserv AS EPC) - Minsk CHP-2 (2xSGT-600 in operation) - Beresovskaya GRES (2xSGT-700 in operations) Siemens Belarus 6

8 Opportunity Profile & Compelling Event Main project idea is to enhance Zhodino CHP efficiency. New GTCC-65 unit shall replace one steam generator (50 t/h) and one hot water boiler (100 Gcal/h). Involvement of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (long term credit for 80% of the project cost for 15 years + 3 years deferring of payment) substantially increases its feasibility. 11 Why shall we offer Local Extended Scope? (For Discussion) The Customer needs complete delivery of the main equipment from GT supplier (Siemens). The Customer is very sensitive to price of equipment. Local Extended Scope is a possible way to win the tender due to more competitive price, DDU delivery, local contract with payments in Euro.
