2 iaccl AUTOMATIC CHANGEOVER WITH CURRENT LIMITER iaccl is a high precision changeover device with current limiting function at both generator and mains supply. These devices are ideally employed in multi-storeyed apartments, commercial complexes having an efficient standby generator. Allows users to protect perform effortless automatic changeover between mains supply and generator or vice versa automate power distribution, protect expensive equipment and prevent fatal risks protect against unsafe low/high voltage and power interruptions during the changeover perform intelligent tripping to save the age of the cables control trip settings for providing better accuracy evade manual supervision and increase human safety.

3 Why Elmeasure iaccl? iaccl is a smart programmable device that is compatible to limit and allocate power based on requirements. In a conventional approach, manual source transfer could lead to the disruption of key functions in expensive equipment. While iaccl overcomes the problem by automatic switching of mains supply to standby generator during mains failure. Also, power is automatically switched off for 5 seconds and reinstates automatically during overload conditions. iaccl standouts with its ability to set parameters on site such as a programmable number of tripping cycles, current, over voltage and under voltage protection. Also, single phase iaccl* is built with a separate control for power and lighting load to reduce wiring cost. Intelligent Tripping iaccl operates on the principle of an inverse curve with continuous monitoring of phase current and provides a faster trip time for high overload conditions. 30sA SET AMPS sa st SET TIME st iaccl Operation: Availability of mains supply: During the availability of mains supply, the device will operate the load using mains supply. Power outage/main supply failure: The device will automatically detect the mains failure and initiates the changeover to the standby generator with a delay of 5 to 30s. The transfer delay is provided to avoid abrupt loading of a generator. Also, the current limiting feature will ensure the load is disconnected, when it is connected beyond the preset limit. A programmable setting of 1 to 10 cycles is provided to turn off nonessential loads during generator operation. Mains supply restored: On reinstating mains supply, the load is automatically transferred with a delay of 5s to a mains supply.
