3 of Conformity Certificate No.: Issue No.: 7 Page 3 of 4 Schedule EQUIPMENT: Equipment and systems covered by this certificate are as foffows: There are typicalty 22 type Klippon TB enclosure sizes in the standard range. The Klippon TB enclosure is manufactured in stainless steel (standard in 316L grade, with other grades of stainless steel and coated/plated mild steel beiog available). The enclosure consists cf a body and Iid complete with silicone spange gaskets. The body may be supptied with gland plates on ane cr more taces. On the larger sizes of the enclosure there may be up 10 two gland plates per face. The lid and gland plate gaskets are ane piece units that follow the rectangular gland plate and lid apertures in the body.. The lid is secured to the body by two or three hinges and from two to six M5 screws and inserts, depending on the size of enclosure. When required, the hinges may be replaced by M5 screws and inserts. On the inside of the enclosure there are four or more raised threaded inserts for subsequent fixing of interna I components. The enclosure has an ingress protection rating of IP66 and IP67 with impact ratings up to 10 Joules. See Annex for full description. SCHEDULE OF L1MITATIONS 1. The empty enclosures shall not be exposed to temperatures outside the range -60 C to +140 C 2. Only the toflowing breather is approved tor use with these enclosures:- Weidmuller type BDSM20, Sira 04A TEX3019U, EEx eil, Dust rating IP6X 3. The breathers must be instalted in their correct orientation in the bottom face of the enclosure. 4. Unused entry holes must be fitted with the following stopping plugs: Raxton Type CK, CO, CF and CS to SiraOOATEX1073U. The enclosure temperature is limited to that 01 the stopping plug. 5. When the endosure is fitted with the Hawke 387/1 stopping plug, the ambient temperature and IP rating is -20 C to +60 C and IP66, or the limitation of the Klippon TB enclosure itself. 6. When the enclosure is fitted with accessories in Variation 7.3, then the IP rating is as specified above. The enclosure operating temperature is limited to that of the accessory fitted, as specified in their certificates listed above. CONDITIONS OF CERTIFICATION: NO
