1 The power range of the 22B engine is from 30KW to 145KW. The speeds of this kind engine are either r/min or r/min.adoping the modular design,the 22B engine features compact structure,large power output,economy,reliability,high universality of the spare parts and easy maintenance.it is the most ideal power source for generator set. IMPORTANT FEATURES A-type multicylinder-combined injection pump and closed multihole injector have been used in combustion system. Two-pole fuel filter ensures the cleaning of fuel in jection pump,and increases the lifetime of injection pump. P-type small presssure chamber Euroasian extrusive and ginding injector has been used to improve the quality of atomization. EP9 injection pump and TRSUV P governor has been used to improve the governing of engine. Closed circulation,forced water cooling capability of diesel engine,and ensured the request of hot balance while the engine is woking.

4 BFM1015 series water-cooled diesel engines have -cylinder and -cylinder types. It is under German Deutz company production license. The spare parts are significantly reduced by function diversification design. And its modular structure makes it adapt to various match requirements. IMPORTANT FEATURES DEUTZ advanced technology,the power is from 213KW to 490KW. The engine adopts the inner oil-line and inner water channel structure that makes the external pipes lessdistinctly.it can reduce the potential possibilities of failures.the service life is about 0 hours. The engine has one-cylinder-one-head structure so that the parts have good universal and convenient maintenance property. The patent technology on the crankshaft,noise-optimized crankcase and accessory bracket making the engine much lower noise( 9dB). The engine adopts inlet heating device so as to keep good running at the temperature of -35 o C.

Rated speed range is -2100r/min, suitable to match different machines and uesd in different conditions. The lowest fuel consumption is195g/kw.h. Oil consumption rate is 0.3% of fuel consumption rate. Equipped with a fuel intake device, the engine can be started in -35 o C environment. If auxiliary facilitie is equipped, it can be started in-43 o C environment.
