The Prime Minister has announced in 2016 that in the near future, will be mandatory for government projects of RM10 million and above, and private sector ventures of RM50 million and above to hit an IBS score of 70. Setia Precast Sdn Bhd, the construction arm of S P Setia Bhd had expanded and constructed more than 30,000 units of apartments. Under his leadership, Setia Precast is recognized as a leading player in IBS construction in Malaysia and has won numerous awards. Daisuke Usugi Managing Director of Daiwa House Malaysia Sdn Bhd Mr. Usugi is currently Managing Director of Daiwa House Malaysia Sdn Bhd (DHM), CEO of Daiwa Sunway Development Sdn Bhd (joint venture with Sunway Iskandar Sdn Bhd)(DSD).
