2 MLG Design & Construction Sdn Bhd MLG Design & Construction Sdn Bhd is a private limited company established in MLG holds a G5 grade license issued by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and also a member of Penang Master Builders & Building Material Dealers Association. MLG s headquarter is in Georgetown, Penang. Majority of the projects completed by MLG are located in the Northern Region of Peninsular Malaysia and some in Selangor (Port Klang and Petaling Jaya). Our Mission Professionally committed to create value which will closely sync in with the unique lifestyles of discerning customers by delivering quality services and products.

3 MLG has an experienced team of members from these industries. One of the founding members, Michael Lok who graduated from Imperial College, University of London with MSc. Finance, acquired his experiences in this industry through his tenure working in his family s property development and building material distribution businesses during his career before setting up MLG. The other MLG s director, Oong Saik Hee, who is also the founder of OSH Live Arch Solution is a qualified architect cum designer. He graduated from Australia with a BA Architectural degree and has more than 15 years experience in this industry. Both of them have completed various projects in Project Management and Site Supervision, Interior and Landscape Design, Building Construction and Renovation ranging from residential, commercial to entertainment and recreational institutions.
