1 Annex B APEX APPROVED SUPPLIERS With reference to the Contract Terms, the APEX Approved Suppliers are listed below and are subject to periodical revisions at the Clearing House s sole discretion. According to the Contract, the Selling Clearing Member shall ensure that the delivered product under APEX Palm Olein Futures Contract must be supplied by APEX Approved Supplier(s) as listed below, and the Product is traceable to the mills. It is required that the Traceability Document (as appended) shall be properly and jointly endorsed by the Selling Clearing Member and the Seller, and provided to Clearing House in conjunction with the submission of Cargo Readiness before the commencement of loading.
