10 Basics Each trade ally will receive up to one full star of each of three independent categories: Customer Service Program Service Quality Service Trade ally ratings will be determined quarterly Each rating period will evaluate the previous year s project data e.g. The October 2016 rating report evaluated projects between 2015-Q4 and 2016-Q3.

11 Customer Service Star Customer service star is based on unresolved customer complaints 0-2 Customer Complaints = 1 star 3 Customer Complaint = ½ star 4 or more Customer Complaints = no star

12 Program Service Star points or greater = 1 star points = ½ star 74 points or fewer = no star Program service score calculation +2.5 points Application/design required no corrections -2.5 points Application package required correction -2.5 points System design required correction
