1 With pleasure we introduce on the Italian market SYSTEM 8, produced NASS MAGNET of solenoid valve that thanks to their modularity give the possibility of a wide range of easy solutions. The solenoid valve can be from mm or mm (it depends on type of coil) and they are subdivided in four main modular members (to see following picture for the references): ) Armature Assembly ) Valve System ) Solenoid Coil ) Accessories With this modular system the range of applications it's possible to cover all kind of necessities: they can be used like valves / ( normally closed, but they are also realizable normally open, please contact our technical office for particular request) or / for compressed air or other inert gases; they can be used like pilots for solenoid valves with a nominal passage till /"to bars; SYSTEM 8 previews different levels of electrical absorption power for the various nominal diameters of passage of the solenoid valve on bases of the various working pressures; for greater values it is better to estimate with our technical office exact technical requirement demands in order to carry out the optimal choice. Different accessories are available for the combination of the valve with the requested coil. 5 SOLENOID COILS technical features Technical features voltage tolerance relative duty cycle working temperature insulation class degree of protection moulding material ± % % ED if power and ambient temperature are respected + C F ( max C) IP with connector DIN or The rated power level and the final temperature are vaild for standard voltages V DC and V AC; the power consumption may be higher at different nominal voltages. Function is warranted at max. ambient temperature, max. voltage tolerance and operating temperature. The data of the final temperature is vaild for valve bodies and encapsulated coils. The temperature will be approximataly C higher if the bodies are manifolded. This will cause a reduction of the magnetic force.
