Make sure that the Articulator is parked on level ground. 2. Turn the key in the ignition switch to the off position and remove the key. 3. Make sure that the parking brake is engaged. Page 2 of 6

3 4. Remove the light switch plug and the access plate from the control box. 4 6. Install the provided light assemblies to the roll bar on the Articulator. Use the provided brackets and fasteners to secure the light assemblies in place as shown below. 3/8-16 x 3 Hex Head Bolt (F ) Light Mount Bracket (064438) Roll Bar Light Mount Clamp Plate (064439) 3/8-16 Flanged Hex Nylon Lock Nut (F ) Headlight Assembly LT0103-1C 7. Connect one end of the provided short wire to the terminal on the light toggle switch. Connect the other end of the short wire to the (+) terminal on the 12V accessory panel mount socket (AUX Power +). NOTE: It is necessary to disconnect the existing wire with the fuseholder from the (+) terminal on the accessory panel socket terminal to connect the provided short wire. Connect the short wire to the (+) terminal. Connect the existing wire with the fuseholder to the connector on the short wire as shown. 5 8. Locate the red and black wires on the provided wire harness (064429). Connect the red wire to the unused terminal on the light toggle switch. Disconnect the existing wire from the (-) terminal on the accessory panel socket terminal and connect the harness black wire to the (-) terminal. Connect the existing wire to the connector on the harness black wire as shown. Route the wire harness along the Articulator frame and the ROPS assembly to the headlight assemblies. Connect the harness red wires to the red wires on the headlight assemblies. Connect the harness black wires to the black wires on the headlight assemblies. Roll Bar Headlight Assembly Light Kit Harness LT0103-2B 10. Use the provided tie wraps to secure the harness to the existing harness and/or the Articulator frame. Page 5 of 6
