1 Nano ICCS with Toggle Function Fog lamp controller for vehicles integrated into the PCB Fog lamp must be turned on with an impulse signal. The fog lamp can be activated or deactivated via switch, which gives the impulse to a Nano ICCS. The Nano ICCS is programmed as a bistable relay (toggle relay). When ignition is switch off, the relay resets, therefore fog lamps are always off when ignition is switched off

2 Nano ICCS with Toggle Function Timer unit for the heated screen function for vehicles integrated onto the PCB The front or rear screen heating must be deactivated 20 minutes after the activation of the switch. A momentary switch is used to activate the toggle relay, which will then put a feed to the heated screen elements for a period of 20 minutes before automatically switch off. The relay can also be switched off before 20 minutes passed by another momentary switch. 3 Nano ICCS with Impulse Function Seatbelt warning audible timer unit for vehicles The timer unit should supply power to the warning alarm for 5,5 seconds, when the door closes, then cut off. When the door is closed, there is a signal from the door switch to the timer unit to switch power onto the alarm for a period of 5,5 seconds. After 5,5 seconds the power to the alarm should cut out until another signal from the door switch is received. If the door should open & close again in the 5,5 second from the original signal, the timer restarts for 5,5 second. The alarm is powered off 5,5 sec after that the door is closed the last time.

4 Nano ICCS with Special Impulse Function Unit for the electrically heated windshield with on-/ off- switch cycle for vehicles The customer wants to use a time-relay for switching the power on and off to an electrically heated windshield. One push on the button and the relay shall by itself switch the power on and off continuously with certain time intervals. Another push on the button and the relay shall shut off the power completely. The time interval, that is the length of the time that the power is switched on, shall be between 2-3 minutes and 7-8 minutes and preferably be adjustable. The current is estimated to be 25A and the voltage is 12 V.

6 Nano ICCS with Time Delay Function Driver seat controller for vehicles The unit must switch off the engine with a delay of 5 minutes after the driver has gotten out of the driver seat. After the signal (15) has switched from 0 to 24V, the output (87) switches to 24V. Once the signal (15) is back to 0, the output will switch off after a delay of 5 minutes. 7 Nano ICCS with Time Delay Function Warning of hydraulic pressure for vehicles Switch-on delay of 15 minutes There is a pressure switch in the vehicle, which activates always, when the pressure exceeds 180bar. The Nano ICCS should activate warning light after the pressure switch has been activated for 15 sec.

8 Nano ICCS with Flasher Function Hazard warning flasher for school busses in Austria In Austria the school busses must have additional hazard warning flasher on the roof. Because of the lamp control check in the vehicle the customer cannot connect the hazard warning flasher to the existing system.
