2 Precautions for inspection and repair Inspection Verify that the power cord is tightly connected on the machine. Be careful to avoid electric shock. Repair Power off the supply before repair work begins. Keep things tidy and in order during repair work. When changing more than one part, identify the parts that are damaged and reuse the serviceable parts. During the dismantling or assembling process, do not damage other parts and PCB. Be on the alert for loose or disconnected connectors during repair. Do not leave any screws or other foreign objects in the unit after it is assembled. Carry out test operation of the machine after the repair work is done. It is preferable to perform the repair work on a carpet to prevent scratching or dirtying the unit. Clean the workplace after repair work is completed.

7 二. 故障检修流程图 Troubleshooting Process 在修理或者替换零配件过程中注意下面几点 : A. 在拆卸连线, 移动连接器, 或者替换部件前一定要断开电源线插头 B. 因为半导体 ( 像集成电路, 或者其它的 ) 很容易被静电损坏, 所以当要触摸 PCB 前, 请确保你的身体和大地有连线 ( 佩带静电手环 ), 或可以将手放在地端, 以释放身体上所带的静电 Notes for repairing chair or replacing parts A. Make sure the power is off when you tear down the wires, move terminals or replacing parts. B. The semiconductors( like IC or something else) will easily be damaged by static. 12 靠背的维修 Maintenance of the backrest 1. 靠背披风的拆卸 Disassembly of the back pad 1 拉开披风与靠背的拉链 You can find a zip of the back pad on the top of the back rest. 披风与靠背的拉链 zip of the back pad on the top of the back rest. 2 拉开披风与座垫的拉链 ( 两边个一个 ), 可以取下披风 Unzip the zipper fixing the pad and the seatrest(2 zippper) 披风与座垫的拉链 the zipper fixing backrest pad and seat rest 3 如果披风损坏, 可以更换披风 If it s damaged, a new one should be replaced. 4 如果更换披风, 倒序装回就可以了 Proceed in the reverse order of disassembly when replacing a new one. 靠背披风组件 Backrest and seat pad unit

13 2. 靠背后盖的拆卸 Disassembly and replacement the rear cover of the back rest 1 找到靠背后盖上的 4 枚螺丝 Find 4 pieces of screws fixing the rear cover. 2 用螺丝到取下 4 枚螺丝 Slacken and remove them with a plus screwdriver. 3 取下靠背后盖 Then the rear cover can be removed. 4 如果损坏, 可以更换 If it s damaged, a new one should be replaced. 靠背后盖的 4 枚螺丝 Screws tightening the rear cover 注意 Attention: 逆序装回, 不要刮伤后盖 Take care not to damage the rear cover to avoid bad external appearance. Proceed in the reverse order of disassembly when assembling the rear cover. 工具 Tool: 1 把十字螺丝刀 a plus screwdriver 3. 靠背前盖的拆卸 Disassembly and replacement of the front cover of the back rest 1 取下靠背后盖, 可以找到固定靠背前盖的 4 枚螺丝 After disassembling the rear cover, you can find 4 pieces of screws fastening the front cover to the back frame. 2 用十字螺丝刀取下所有螺丝 Slacken and remove the screws with a plus screwdriver. 前靠背的螺丝 Screws tightening the front cover 3 现在前靠背可以与背架分离 Then the front cover can be removed. 前靠背顶部的 2 枚螺丝 The top screws 前靠背与背架分离 Separate the front cover from the frame

14 4 将小腿升起, 取下前挡布上的螺丝, 取下前挡布 Set up the leg rest,take down the screws fixing the front leather 前挡布上的 7 枚螺丝 The 7 screws fixing the front leather 5 取下固定座部的四枚螺丝, 可以取下前靠背和座部整个组件 Slack and remove the 4 screws fixing the seat rest,then remove the front backrest cover 固定座部的四枚螺丝 The 4 screws fixing seat rest 6 逆序装回 You should proceed in the reverse order of above operation if replacement needed. 工具 Tool:1 把螺丝刀 a plus screwdriver 4. 更换上下限位开关 Replacement of up & down limit switch assembly A: Detach the rear cover of backrest. Then we can find up & down limit sensor. ( Refer to Guidance of detach rear cover of backrest.) Locate up limit sensor. Locate down limit sensor.

15 B: Cut cable ties which fixing the limit sensor wire to the frame. Locate cable tie. Use diagonal cutter get ride of the cable tie. C: Use long nose pliers slacken and remove the screw nuts. Remove the screw nuts. Limit sensor has been detached. D: Use long nose pliers get ride of the glue, then disconnect the connecter. Get ride of the glue. The limit sensor has been taken off. 上行程检测 Up limit switch assembly 下行程检测 Lowwer limit switch assembly

16 5. 揉捏电机更换 Guidance of detach the kneading motor. A: Detach the front cover of backrest. Then we can find kneading motor.( Refer to Guidance of detach front cover & rear cover.) B: Take off the kneading belt first. Locate of kneading motor Kneading belt has been taken off. C: Use diagonal cutter get ride of the cable ties which fasten the mechanism wires. Locate cable ties. Cable tie has been taken D: Use diagonal cutter peel the heat-shrinkable T bush slowly. ( As picture below show.) Be careful, don t cut the wire Heat-shrinkable T bush has been peel off.

17 E: Use long nose pliers take off the close end wire connector of kneading motor. ( As pictures below show.) Squeeze the close-end wire connecter. Close-end wire connecter has been removed. F: Slacken and remove the screws which fixing the kneading motor, then we can detach the kneading motor. Locate the screw. Kneading motor has been detached. 6: Guidance of change the counting sensor of rolling motor. A: Detach the rear cover of backrest. Then we can find counting sensor of rolling motor.( Refer to Guidance of detach front cover & rear cover.) Locate counting sensor of rolling motor. B: Use diagonal cutter get ride of the cable ties which fasten the mechanism wires. Locate cable ties. Cable tie has been taken off.

18 C: Use diagonal cutter peel the heat-shrinkable T bush slowly. ( As picture below show.) Be careful, don t cut the wire Heat-shrinkable T bush has been peel off. D: Use diagonal cutter get ride of the cable ties which fasten the counting sensor wire. Locate cable ties. Locate close-end wire connecter E: Use long nose pliers take off the close end wire connector of counting sensor of rolling motor. ( As pictures below show.) Close-end wire connecters have been taken off.

19 F: Use long nose pliers get ride of the glue, and pry-out the counting sensor. Get ride of the glue. The glue been cleaned. The counting sensor has been pry-out. The counting sensor has been taken off. 7: 机芯组件更换 Guidance of disassemble the massage mechanism. A: Detach the front cover and rear cover of backrest. ( Refer to Guidance of detach rear cover & front cover of backrest.) B: There are four screws fixing the top bar. ( As pictures below show.) C: Use a long nose pliers hold the screw nut firmly, then slacken and remove the screw. After the four screw has been removed, then we can take the top bar off. ( As picture below show.)

20 D: There are two stoppers inside the guide rail. Use long nose pliers and screw driver take them off. ( As pictures below show.) E: Use diagonal cutter get ride of the cable ties which fasten the mechanism wires. Locate cable ties. Cable tie has been taken off. F: Use diagonal cutter peel the heat-shrinkable T bush slowly. ( As picture below show.) Be careful, don t cut the wire Heat-shrinkable T bush has been peel off.

21 G: Use long nose pliers remove all the close-end wire connecters Locate close-end wire connecters. H: Use flat screw driver turn the rolling motor and drive the mechanism out of the guide rail. The massage mechanism has been taken off.

22 8 行走电机拆卸 Guidance of change rolling motor unit DC -24V A: Detach the massage mechanism. ( Refer to Guidance of disassemble the massage mechanism.) Massage mechanism has been detached. B: Use a strong screw driver slacken and remove the screws which fixing the rolling motor unit to the mechanism frame. ( As picture below show.) C: Slacken and remove the two screw which fixing the bearing cover. And then take the bearing out of the cover. ( As the picture below show.)

23 D: Now the rolling motor unit can be taken off. 9 敲击电机 Tapping motor(dc -24V): 1 取下靠背后盖, 皮带在机芯底部 Disassemble the rear cover, you can find the tapping belt at the bottom of the massage mechanism. 2 松下皮带 Loosen the tapping belt. 3 剪掉敲击电机和滤波器的线材 Cut the wire connecting the tapping motor and the electric filter. 4 取下敲击电机的螺丝 Slacken and remove the screws fixing the tapping motor. 敲击皮带 Tapping belt. 5 取下敲击电机, 更换新的电机 Then the motor can be removed, a new one can be replaced if needed. 6 逆序装回 Proceed in the reverse order of disassembly when replacing a new motor. 工具 Tools: 一把十字螺丝刀, 一把尖嘴钳 a plus screwdriver, nipper pliers 取下固定敲电机的 4 枚螺丝 Slacken and remove the screws fixing the tapping motor

24 10 电机滤波器的拆卸 Disassembly of the electric filter of the motor 1 将机芯停留在靠背顶部, 取下靠背后盖 Release the stopper at the bottom of back rest, turn down the back rest forward. Disassemble the rear cover. 2 可以在机芯底部找到滤波板的盒子 固定线材的扎扣 Cable ties tightening the wires You can find a box of the filter at the bottom of the massage mechanism. 3 用斜口钳剪开固定线材的扎扣 Cut the cable ties tightening the wires on the sheet-metal with wire cutters. 4 取下固定滤波板器盒子的 4 枚螺丝 Slacken and remove the screws tightening the upper and lower cover of the box. 5 取下固定滤波板的 2 枚螺丝 The PCB and lower cover are fixed to the sheet-metal 固定滤波板盒子的 4 枚螺丝 Screws tightening the upper and lower cover ST3*8 4PCS with 2 pieces of screws. Slacken and remove the screws. 6 剪掉 2 条焊接于滤波板的线材, 可以更换滤波板 If the PCB fails, cut the wires and cable ties tightening the wires, then replace a new one. Then connect the wires and secure it with line insulators. 7 逆序装回 ( 剪掉的线材可以用压线冒或电脑铁接上 ) Proceed in the reverse order of disassembly when assembly. 工具 Tool: 一把十字螺丝刀 a plus screwdriver 固定滤波板的两枚螺丝 The PCB and lower cover are fixed to the sheet-metal

25 Maintenance of the seat part Guidance of disassemble main PCB. A:Slacken and remove the screws which fixing the PCB box cover. Then take off the main PCB box cover. Locate the screws that fixing the PCB box cover. Slacken and remove the screws that fixing the PCB box. Pull the PCB box cover out. PCB box cover has been taken off. B: Then disconnect all the connecters of the main PCB. Main PCB All the connecters has been disconnected

26 C: Use long nose pliers grip the head of PCB surpporter. Then use fingers lift the PCB up, then we can separate PCB from PCB surpporter. ( As the pictures below show.) PCB has been separated from Locate PCB surpporter. PCB supporters. Guidance of disassemble the Transformer. A: Take off the PCB box cover.( Refer to GUIDANCE OF CHAE MAIN PCB.) Locate transformer. B:With help of a monkey wrench slacken and remove the bolt that fix the transformer. Slacken the bolt. The bolt has been taken off. C: With help of a diagonal cutter get ride of the cable ties that fasten the transformer wires. ( As picture below show.) Locate cable ties that fixing the transformer wires.

27 D:Disconnect all the transformer connecters that connect to the main PCB. Then we can take off the transformer. ( As the pictures below show.) 2 locate of transformer connecters. Locate of transformer wire(when Instant back you may use wire connectors) Transformer has been taken off. Guidance of disassemble the Air valve. A: Take off the PCB box cover. And we can see air valve. ( Refer to GUIDANCE OF CHAE MAIN PCB.) Locate air valve. B:Slack and remove the screws fixing the air valve Locate the screws fixing air valve.

28 C:With help of long nose pliers move the clips away from the air valve. ( As the picture below show.) D:Cut the cable tie fixing the air valve wire and discontent the terminal of the air valve E:The air valve has been taken down The air valve has been taken down Guidance of disassemble Inflator Pump. A: Take off the PCB box cover. And we can see Inflator Pump. ( Refer to GUIDANCE OF CHAE MAIN PCB.) Locate Inflator Pump. B: With help of a diagonal get ride of all the cable ties that fixing the inflator pump wire. C:Discontent the air hose D: Slacken and remove the screws which fix the inflator pump belt. Locate the air hose Locate screws.

29 E: With help of long nose pliers we can pull the 4 inflator pump supporter out of the baseboard. ( As picture below show.) Grip the supporter and pull it out. 打开电源, 将小腿伸直最高, 取下前挡布上的 7 枚螺丝, 取下前挡布, 可以看到里面的推杆 Turn on the power,raise up the leg rest,take down the 7 screws fixing the cloth,then you can see the actuators inside Backrest actuator Footrest actuator 6. 靠背电动推杆的拆卸 Disassembly of the reclining actuator 1 用斜口钳取出靠背电动推杆的开口销 Romove split pin, draw out flat head rivet securing the reclining actuator on the U stay fork and remove the flat head rivet. 2 取出推杆两端的销轴 Remove the guard cloth under the foot rest, then one end with a motor of the actuator can be found. Romove split pin, draw out flat head rivet securing the reclining actuator on the base frame and remove the flat head rivet. Take care not forget the bush ring. Flat head rivet securing the reclining actuator on the U stay fork Flat head rivet securing the reclining actuator on the base frame

30 4 剪掉扎扣, 拔出推杆接线端子, 找一新的推杆逆序装回 Remove the seat pad and wooden plate under it, cut the cable ties fixing the wire of the actuator, then pull out the terminal. Proceed in the reverse order when replacing. Obviously, it is time-consuming. Cable ties tightening the wire of actuators Pull out the terminal (with red sleeve ) 7. 小腿电动推杆的更换 Disassembly of the foot rest actuator 1 将小腿升至最高位置, 可以看到小腿推杆两端的插销和销轴 Raise the foot rest to the extreme position, then you can find one end of the actuator is fixing on the U stay fork. There are two plastic bush rings in the hole. 2 用尖嘴钳移出开口插销 Romove split pin, draw out flat head rivet securing the foot rest actuator on the U stay fork and remove the flat head rivet. 3 取出销轴 Romove split pin, draw out flat head rivet securing the foot rest actuator on the base frame and remove the flat head rivet. Take care not forget the bush ring. Flat head rivet securing the foot rest actuator on the U stay fork Flat head rivet securing the foot rest actuator on the base frame 4 剪掉扎扣, 拔出推杆接线端子 Cut the cable ties fixing the wire of the actuator, then pull out the terminal. Take a new one, connect the terminals and tighten the cable ties. 5 更换新的推杆, 逆序装回 Proceed in the reverse order of disassembly when assembly. Don t forget the bush ring in both ends.

31 8. 侧板的拆卸 Disassembly of the side board 1 将小腿升至最高 Raise the foot rest to the extreme position 2 取下前挡布上的 7 枚螺丝, 移出前挡布 Ttake down the 7 screws fixing the cloth 3 取下固定座部的四枚螺丝, 可以将座部往上放置 Slack and remove the 4 screws fixing the seat rest,then put the seat upward Slacken and remove the 4 nuts fixing the seat 4 提起座部, 拉开拉链, 可以看到固定侧板的 2 枚螺丝 Put up the seat rest,unzip the zippper,you can see 2 screws fixing the sideboard The zipper fixing side board Slacken and remove the 2 nuts fixing the sideboard 9. 手控器的更换 Replacement of the remote controller 1 取下固定在手控线夹子上的螺丝, 断开连接端子, 取下手控器 Slacken and remove the screws tightening the nylon clamps, then the remote controller can be removed. 2 逆序装回 Proceed in the reverse order of disassembly when replacing a new one. Terminal of the remote controller

32 小腿的维修 Maintenance of the footrest 准备拆卸小腿, 先在地上放一个海绵, 将按摩椅往后倒, 靠背放置于海绵上 Prepare to disassembly the footrest assembly, put a sponge on the floor and turn up the massage, let back of backrest depend on the floor. 1. 小腿的拆卸和更换 Disassembly and replacement the foot rest. 1 打开电源, 将小腿升至最高, 剪掉固定小腿气管和线材的扎扣, 断开小腿气管和振动电机接线头 Turn on the power, and raise the foot rest to the highest position. Pull out the connectors of the hoses and the terminals of the print motors,then cut the cable tie. You can see the air hose connector here under the chair Disconnection the air hose connector 2 取下小腿推杆顶端处的销轴 ( 注意要提住小腿, 放置小腿突然坠落 ) Romove split pin, draw out flat head rivet securing the foot rest actuator on the base frame and remove the flat head rivet. Remove the pin(attention:the leg rest may fall down,you should carry it before remove the pin ) 3 拉开小腿与座垫的拉链, 取下固定小腿的两处螺丝, 取下小腿固定松紧带的螺丝, 取下小腿 Pull up the seat pad, and you can found the screw bolts and nuts securing the foot rest on the seat part. Then the foot rest can be taken down. Open the bolt and nut on the hob which fixed the footrest Slack and remove the screws

33 4 取下小腿保护盖上的螺丝, 取下小腿保护盖 Slack and remove the screws fixing the leg rest sisor Screws under the leg rest Screws on both side of the leg rest 5 取下小腿保护盖后, 取下小腿内的两条弹簧, 方便后面的拆卸 Take down the spring 6 取下小腿后盖后, 取下固定上小腿底部的 4 枚螺丝, 取下固定下小腿的两枚螺丝 Slack and remove the 4 screws for upper leg rest,slack and remove the 2 screws fixing the lowwer leg rest 4 Screws on upper leg rest 2 Screws on lower leg rest 7 取下小腿脚垫, 并取下后脚轮 Take down the wheel and the foot pad The wheel of leg rest Foot pad

34 8 取下固定上小腿两侧的两枚螺丝, 取下固定下小腿两侧的螺丝 Slack and remove the screws on both side of the leg rest Screws on both side of upperleg rest 9 取下上小腿组件, 取下四个固定座, 取下 PE 板, 可以更换小腿皮套及气袋 Take down the upper leg rest,take down the 4 permanent seat,take down the PE board,then you can replace the upper leg rest cover and air bag 10 取下下小腿的两枚螺丝, 可以取下下小腿组件, 可以更换皮套及气袋, 如下图 Slack and remove the 2 screws on the lower leg rest,as below Screws fixing the PE board
