3 1.PNEUMATIC SEEDING MACHINE TP TURBO JET SUPER: The easy way to a professional agriculture! A effective catch crop, before a main crop, can reduce weed and can bring a high amount of fertilizer and organic material for bio organisms into the soil. A catch crop in autumn (after slurry or manure) can hold most of the nutrients in the soil, until the next crop in spring is growing. An excellent catch crop of sugar beet is oil radish. It reduces nematodes and offers the best soil conditions for sugar beet. We experienced a high harvest amount with this method, even if the use of mineral fertilizer is reduced and if soil cultivation is minimized. Working widths up to 24 m or 40 rows offer new performance parameter. The most economical concept for a professional agriculture! TOWER DISTRIBUTORS:... when space is limited (f.ex. with folded implements), and when hopper requires to be fitted on a lower position. It is possible to operate with 1 to 5 towerdistributors, to bring the seeds to the desired positions. 6 1.3. DOSAGE The dosing unit is the heart of the machine. Here the seeds are cleared, dosed and brought to the outlets equally Agitator The agitator is mounted above the seed roll and supports a continuous seed flow to the seed roll. Like the hopper agitator, the agitator secures that big clumps aren t able to block the seed roll Seed rolls We offer different seed rolls, for different operations: Standard seed roll for spreading mustard, rye, oil radish, slug pellets, phacelia, etc. Gearing: troughout; Grass seed roll for big amounts or big seeds; Seed roll for small amounts (auf Wunsch) z.b: bei Raps, Sonnenblumen, etc. Gearing in different widths: 5mm, 10mm or 15mm; Especially for the seeding of rapeseed, we offer a cleaning brush. This cleaning brush secures a clean seed roll and guaranties a constant flow of the seed Flaps The flaps carry the seed to the lamella. With big seed, the flaps must be adjusted a little bit down. Otherwise the seed can be damaged. ATTENTION! There must be min. 1mm distance from the flap to the seed roll. If the flap rubs against the seed roll, the motor can be blocked! Lamella The lamella is responsible for a quantitative equal output of the seed. The seed comes from the seed roll to the lamella and is blown to the outlets by a permanent air flow.
