Nothing will be issued by GETCO Sq.Mtr Supply and spreading round up (Glyphospha 41% ) of approval ISI Standard make Or equivalent weedicide for weed control in proportion of 100ML weedicide and 0 grm ammonium sulphate,maximum with sticking agent mixed with 10Ltr of cleane fresh water and second spary with same treatment above two month as per EIC Cleaning the toilet block of CR with cleaning the floor dedo WC ub, wash basing, urinal, etc. with using necessary acid, phynile, brushes, Coco broom etc. complete as per instruction of EIC. (Note: the all required material will have to be brought by contractor at this own cost ) Cleaning of (a) stair case from ground floor first floor & terrace of CR (b) floor of CR office, door, windows, glasses, battery room, AC Room, Stor room etc. with broom & Patta with phynile drainage pipe line (d) cleaning of board for single line diagram, Notice Board, Safety Board, Display Board, Maps & other wall & ceiling Fixture. (e) cleaning of furniture lighting & fans Sq.Mtr Nos Sq - Mtr cleaning the water tank on terrace of the CR at every three month or as directed including dewatering cleaning with material like bleaching power/cleaning agent wire brushes and collecting and disposing off the durty material into dustbin as directed by EIC ( the all required material will have to be brought by contractor at this own cost. Due care should be taken for not breaking the ball cook etc.) Cleaning the manhole chamber of any size and or depth up to 0 ' including removing and reflexing the cover in good condition collecting and taking out the sludge, debris water etc by means of labour or sludge pump as per instruction of the EIC. Including through thing of the sludge and debris up to lead of KM away as directed.(note- the all required material will have to be brought by contractor at this own cost ) Cleaning the existing colony main septic tank of approiate size and removal of all deposited settled debris sludge savage thoroughly and disposing the same out side the s/s area as directed and cleaning the tank neatly for reusing purpose including all tools tackles labours & machinery if necessary etc. complete as directed by EIC 6.00 no Nos Nos

3 9 10 Engaging un skilled person for Cleaning the cable trench of yard, Removal/Disposal of scrap or. unwanted material from whole yard area and disposing off/away outside the Switch yard, C/R with necessary hand cart as directed. Required materials will be arranged by contractor. Engaging un skilled person for cleaning road side or road side of shallow gutter brick pitching IPS open area, etc. from yard and colony area with Zadu or coco broom incl. collecting the swept material debris etc. and disposing off/away outside the Switch yard, C/R with necessary hand cart as directed. Also cleaning the dustbin during day hours located at different places in colony, C/R, Switch yard with loading, unloading, transportation and throwing away the waste outside the colony at VMC container using hand carts including spreading BHC powder 10% near by dustbin etc. as directed. Dustbin provided by GETCO. Trimming of Mehandi or decorative plants & lawn as & when required as per EIC. Getco will withhold service tax amount of contractor and it shall be reimbursed on production of documentary evidence of payment made by the Contractor.
