4 1 2 To attach Ramps, insert the two ramp lugs (A) into the two welded ramp ears (B) using the Detent pin (2), then adjust the ramp foot (1) to add support to the ramp. See photos and drawings. A B

5 Built in air couplers in ten locations Safety leg lock release handle To load vehicle, raise bed until safety leg feet are off floor then pull Safety lock handle out and raise the safety leg, then lower frame rack to the floor. After vehicle is loaded, raise frame rack until Safety leg is vertical. Make sure Safety lock is fully engaged and then lower to floor. Locate and run air supply to the air intake hook ups inside of frame rack, if more than one, plug off the un used intake or continue air supply.

7 Pump Tray Example photo To roll Tower base,raise the handle up and the Tower base will be able to roll around frame rack. To lock Tower Base into pulling position,let the locking handle down until it locks into place. The upright tower can be rotated right or left for the correct angles. Example photo Rev: 0115

8 Double 10 Ton Tower Jaw The double jawed tower base each has 10 Ton rams that will receive 3/8 chain or 1/2 chain for separate pulling needs. (Top photo) If you need more tonnage pulling, you can attach the Dual / Single Pull Plate Assembly to make a stronger single chain pull. ( Bottom photo)

10 CONTINUOUS PULL BRACKET CONTINUOUS PULL FLANGE HOOK The Continuous Pull Bracket and Continuous Pull Flange Hook is used on the Upright Tower when you need additional pulling length. The Flange Hook hooks to the pulling chain and holds the pull while you release the tension on the chain so that you can continue with the pull ( Below photo ). Rev: 0115

18 ( Refer to Trouble Shooting page ) PROBLEM : The pump is cycling but there is no fluid movement. The pump may be out of fluid or it has lost it s prime. To prime the pump, push the pedal to the release position and then press air inlet button for 15 seconds, then try pump. Press into release position AIR INLET Make sure that the red Shipping Plug has been replaced with the Breathing Plug. Breather Plug Shipping Plug
