Jones Rental Shearer Equipment Power Pull Rules Online at General Rules and Regulations for All Divisions 1. The Loudonville Agricultural Society will not be responsible for any accidents or damage to tractors, trucks, drivers or spectators. 2. The Committee shall have full jurisdiction over, as well as power to decide all questions arising in connection with the contest, subject to the rules and administration as provided. The decision of the majority of the committee present concerning any matter arising in connection with the contest shall be final. Failure to comply promptly and completely with the directions of the committee shall result in immediate disqualification of a contestant. No refund of entry fee for disqualifications. 3. All protests must be accompanied by a $ cash deposit which will be returned if protest is upheld by the committee. Protest must be lodged by the end of the class being protested. Contestants only can protest. 4. Disqualification will result if: a. Vehicle operated in an unsafe manner. b. Vehicle touches boundary line. c. Loss of ballast while hooked. d. Loss of external parts. e. Not remaining in seat or taking hand off steering wheel. f. Not in line and ready to hook when it is your turn. g. Unsafe or illegal vehicle. h. All vehicles must comply with all rules in class. 5. All drivers must be 16 years of age or older to participate. Exception: 12 years old and above may participate in the Antique Tractor Pulls. Garden Tractor Division is exempt from age limit. (Competency must be demonstrated.) All contestants under 18 years of age must have written permission of parent or owner of vehicle to participate. 6. No alcoholic beverages permitted. No drinking and driving. 7. Pull open to the world. 8. One driver per vehicle and one pulling vehicle entry in each class.. Each class closes approximately 15 minutes before class starts (will be announced). 10. Weights are not to interfere with hookup to sled. 11. Rubber tires only (no duals, studs, chains, or steel wheels allowed), except factory equipped diesel truck class only. 12. No jerking of transfer sled. Pull must be made from a tight hitch. Vehicle must stop immediately at flagman s signal. No hole digging. Pull is ended when forward motion stops. 13. All hitches must be ridged during pull (stationary in all directions). NO clevis allowed (except Antique and Garden Tractor classes). 14. No sliding or moving weights in all directions while pulling. 15. All vehicles must be weighed with driver. Driver will weigh out at the discretion of the judges with weights in the same position as pulled. 16. First puller in each class has the option to repull (except in pull-offs) but must decide before leaving track and will forfeit first pull. 17. No help on the track while pulling. One helper allowed near track but must stay outside white lines during pull. No crossing of track while pulling. Mini Modified Tractor Division is exempt from this rule. 18. If judges declare a tie, a pull-off will take place to determine a winner. 1. Classes having 5 entries or fewer will pay top 3 awards only. Two entries required to have a contest. 1st Place...$ nd Place...$ rd Place...$ th Place...$ " hitch height all classes. 2. Puller may stop and change gears, weights and restart once within the first 20' of pull (before sled crosses the line). 3. Driver must put tractor in neutral, remove foot from clutch to hook and unhook from the sled (use hand signals). 4. No portion of tractor is to exceed 24" from center of rear axle to rear end, and no portion of front of tractor, boom or weights to exceed 7' from center of rear axle. Maximum width is 66". 5. Any modification of exhaust to be in upright position only, and past hood. 6. Must have shields over clutches and belts. Side shields are optional. 7. Helmets must be worn by contestants 18 years old and younger. 8. All contestants under 18 years of age must have parent/guardian and/or tractor owners permission to pull. (Competency must be demonstrated.) Factory Stock Single Cylinder Rules 1. No frame modifications with the exceptions of weight brackets, hitch, wheelie bars and engine installation. 2. Tire size to be original factory equipped. Maximum 10-1/2" width as designated on tire. 3. No cut tires. 4. Single cylinder only. No OHV engines unless factory equipped. 5. Differential must be open. Must have working reverse. 6. 4,000 RPM max. with governor. 7. Recommend wheelie devices strong enough to support weight of tractor. 8. Pump gasoline only.. Factory fuel pump or gravity feed only. No electric fuel pumps. 10. Stock unaltered carburetor with choke. 25 hp Factory Stock Twin Cylinder Rules 1. Same as Single Cylinder Rules except any opposed flat head or V-twin OHV 25 hp or smaller allowed. 14 hp Rules 1. Single cylinder flat head only up to 14 hp. 2. Engine must be Kohler, Briggs, Tech, etc. No two cycle or after-market blocks. 3. Engine must have its stock carburetor 1" venture max. 4. Engine must have stock valves, max head diameter intake and exhaust max.330 lift. 5. Unlimited RPM. 6. Stock block with 3.330" bore max. 7. Stock crankshaft 2.6" max stroke. 8. Stock ignition.. Stock pistons. 40

Class A 4 x 4 Street Stock Truck Pull (6,500 lbs.) at 6:30 p.m. on Wally Road Weigh-in starts at 5:00 p.m. 1st Place...$ nd Place...$ rd Place...$ th Place...$ Truck must be street legal, valid license plates and proof of insurance. 2. Must contain full interior, working lights and OEM working windows. 3. Turbos, super charger, nitrous, nitro-methane, or fuel injection will NOT be allowed unless factory-equipped. 4. OEM cast-iron heads and block, unless factory-equipped. 5. Single 4150 carburetor with choke tower and choke intact, maximum 2" spacer between carburetor and manifold. 6. Aluminum intakes will be permitted, tunnel rams are prohibited. 7. Headers will be permitted but must remain on the inside of the frame rails and have exhaust with mufflers that exits behind the cab. 8. Must run factory-style fuel tank and pump. Any fuel cells are prohibited.. Must run stock-style distributor and ignition. Rev limiters will be permitted. No external spark ignition boxes allowed. 10. Pump gas only, no alcohol or nitro-methane. Naturally aspirated diesels (ex. Ford IDI) allowed. 11. Truck must be 1 ton or less drive line. Rear drive shaft hoop or chain is required. Automatic transmission blankets or blow-proof bell housing are recommended " tall tire maximum. Must be DOT approved and no cutting or siping will be permitted. 13. Must pull of a Reese-style hitch that is to be mounted no further forward than the rear spring hanger. No t-bar style hitches or clevises will be permitted. Hitch must have a 3" x 3-3/4" opening minimum. Hitch is to be mounted no higher than the top of the frame rail. The hook point is to be no further forward than the rear-most point of the tailgate. 14. All trucks are required to have a rear bumper or roll pan on the rear of the truck. 15. Sled stops are recommended " maximum hitch height. 17. Suspension blocks are permitted but must be removable. 18. Traction bars are permitted. 1. Hanging weights will be permitted but cannot exceed 60" from the center of the front axle. 20. Truck must have four wheel working brakes. 16 hp Rules 1. Single cylinder flat head only up to 16 hp. 2. Open governor. 3. Engine must be Kohler, Briggs, Tech, etc. No two cycle or after-market blocks. 4. Engine must have its stock carburetor 1" venture max. 5. Engine must have stock valves, max head diameter intake and exhaust max.330 lift max. bore. 7. Stoke stroke max. 8. Billet heads allowed.. Open exhaust allowed, upright position only x 12 x 12 tires may be cut. 11. Pump gas or alcohol allowed. If running alcohol, fire suit mandatory. 12. Port polishing allowed. 13. Stock crankshaft per manufacturer specifications for engine. 8. Stock ignition.. Stock pistons / stock length rods. 10. Stock unaltered cam. 11. Stock heads no welding or epoxy. 12. Stock size valves. 13. Stock carburetor per manufacturer of engine. 14. Stock intake. 15. Electric fuel pump permitted. 16. May run race fuel (no alcohol). Stock Altered Class Rules 1. Must have wheelie device. 2. Stock size carburetor 1" venture max. 3. Single cylinder only. 4. Tire size 26 x 12 x Kill switch mandatory hp block max. 7. Max.030 oversize bore size. 8. Stock stroke.. Stock valves and cam lift.330 max. 10. May run homemade head. 11. Alcohol fuel allowed Fire suits and helmets required. 12. Electric fuel pump allowed. Open Tractor Class Rules 1. Any tire, maximum size 26 x 12 x Engine must be based upon an OEM produced lawn and garden or compact tractor block. a. No snowmobile, motorcycle or automotive based engines. 3. Must run a factory appearing hood and grill. Aftermarket sheet metal allowed. 4. Tractors must have garden tractor rear-ends. 5. Tractors must use stock appearing garden tractor frames but may be modified for engine installation. 6. Gasoline, alcohol and diesel fuel only. 7. Driver helmet required. 8. 4 Class B 4 x 4 Cheater Stock Gas Trucks (6,500 lbs.) The OEM restraint system is mandatory and must be worn. No propane or nitrous oxide permitted. The vehicle must retain the original factory wheelbase and track width. The body must be the OEM truck body. The body must retain full sheet metal. The complete OEM firewall and OEM floor pan is mandatory. A factory installed pickup bed or commercial style aftermarket bed must be installed. 13. A complete interior, including dashboard, door panels, headliner, etc., is mandatory. Two matching front seats are mandatory. Aftermarket seats are permitted; they must be fully upholstered. All factory controls (lights, signals, horn, windows, wipers, etc.) must be retained and be operative. 14. An OEM-style rear suspension is mandatory. Traction bars and devices are permitted; they must be bolt-on only; welds are permitted for attachment to frame or axle housing. All OEM suspension mounting points must be retained and used. Sway bars, limit straps, and camber kits are permitted. The rear suspension must maintain a minimum compression shock travel of one inch; compression stops must be adjustable. All rear suspensions must use at least one working shock absorber per wheel. Airbag spring assistance is permitted; airbag compressors must be disconnected. following 4 x 4 Street Stock Truck Pull 1st Place...$ nd Place...$ rd Place...$ th Place...$ cubic inch limit. 2. Engine must be same make as truck and in stock location. 3. Cast iron cylinder heads and block only. 4. Fender well headers permitted. 5. Single 4150 carb, no SV1 s, predator or dominators ton or less driveline, aftermarket gear sets allowed. 7. Suspension blocks permitted (must be removable), traction bars permitted, weights must not exceed 60" from the center of the front axle. 8. T-style hitches permitted, pivot point must be mounted below top of the frame rail and no further forward than centerline of rear axle. 26" hitch height, hook point can be a minimum of 36" from the center of the rear axle. Flat style clevis may be used but must be welded solid. 3" by 3-3/4" hole required.. 36" maximum tall tire, DOT approved, no cut, sharpened, or siped tires. 10. OEM 1-ton or less chassis required; no tube frames. 11. Fuel tank may be mounted in bed or on weight bar if concealed. 12. Racing gas only, no alcohol or nitrous. 13. Must have SFI approved bell housing, flywheel, or blanket. Must have driveshaft hoops, u-joint shields, and working kill switch. 14. Must have working 4 wheel brakes. 15. Must have complete uncut bed floor and inner bed structure. Class C 4 x 4 Diesel Work Stock Trucks (8,500 lbs.) following 4 x 4 Cheater Stock Gas Trucks The Loudonville Farmers Equity 1st Place...$ Truck must have valid registration and be licensed, have correct VIN, show proof of insurance, and be street legal. 2. The engine is limited to a stock-appearing, OEM make-specific compression. 3. The turbocharger is limited to a stock-appearing, OEM/Factory make-specific charger only. Turbochargers from different years in the same make may be interchanged. No adapters to accept other model turbo. 6.4 liter powerstroke engines may use the factory twin-turbo configuration. 4. Front hanging weights permitted. 5. The hitch must be a receiver-style hitch; reinforcements are permitted. Reinforcements must not extend forward of the centerline of the rear axle or to the axle housing itself. The hooking point must be the rear-most point on the vehicle and must be rearward of the stock location of the tailgate. The hitch must be horizontal to the ground and stationary in all directions. Bumpers may be notched or removed. The hitch s height from the ground may not exceed 26". The hooking point must have a minimum 3-3/4" inside diameter opening for the sled hook. The hooking point will be measured to top of hitch hook point. NO CLEVIS HITCHES ALLOWED. 6. Scatter blankets recommended. 7. The tires must be DOT street tires. Cut tires are prohibited. Trucks utilizing dual rear wheels will be limited to a tire with maximum width of 8" of tread per tire. 8. The exhaust must exit rearward of the driver s compartment. 6 Class D Limited Pro Diesel Trucks (8,000 lbs.) 20. following 4 x 4 Diesel Work Stock Trucks 1st Place...$ Weight 8000 lbs. weight is with driver. 2. Front weights must be no more than 60" from the centerline of the front axle to forwardmost point and be securely fastened. No weights are allowed in cab of the truck. If weights are located in the bed of truck they are to be securely fastened to the bed of the truck. 3. Body The body must be an OEM truck body, including the complete OEM floor pan and must retain complete OEM firewall. Complete bed floor: hitch is allowed to protrude through the bed floor with minimum amount of floor removed. No flatbeds permitted. The body must retain the full sheet metal: aftermarket steel hoods are permitted. The hood must be closed and securely latched while hooked to the sled. 4. Chassis The OEM chassis is mandatory. The engine must be in the OEM location for the body used. The vehicle must retain the full OEM chassis. Wheel tubs, back-half conversions, tube chassis, etc., are prohibited. 5. Drive train will consist of the following: Any front axle, any transfer case and any rear axle. No planetaries permitted. 6. All U-joints must be shielded 360 with 3/8" thick aluminum with 1/8" steel liner or 5/16" thick steel. Shield will be 6" long minimum and centered on U-joint. Inside diameter of shield will be no more than 2" larger than U-joint. All intermediate shafts between the transmission and transfer case will be totally enclosed in 3/8" aluminum or 5/16" steel, 1/4" of shaft may be visible. 7. Minimum OEM restraint system is mandatory and must be worn. Helmets Snell 0 or better, SFI fire suits, head sock, gloves and shoes per PPL guidelines recommended. 8. Engine The engine is limited to a stock-appearing engine and transmissions can be interchanged between Dodge, Ford and GM as long as they came in a oneton truck or less from the factory. Complete engine must have stock appearance except where otherwise noted in these rules. Aftermarket intake manifolds are allowed. No aftermarket blocks permitted.. Exhaust All vehicles must be equipped to direct exhaust upward. Two 3/8" diameter bolts must be placed through the exhaust pipe in a cross pattern within 1" of each other. 10. Fire Extinguisher System A fire extinguisher system is permitted. It must be securely mounted. 11. Firewall The complete OEM firewall is mandatory. 12. Floor The complete OEM floorpan is mandatory. 13. Fuel The fuel must be pump #1/#2 diesel, soy/biodiesel fuel. No propane or NO2 permitted or any other oxygen enhancers. Hand throttles are allowed. 14. Fuel Systems Maximum of one P7100 pump, limited to one plunger per cylinder. The use of multiple high pressure common rail fuel pumps is allowed. Ford Powerstroke engine may utilize a second HPOP. Electronic fuel injection is permitted. 15. Racing fuel cells are permitted. 16. Hitch Hook point must be no closer than 44" of centerline of rear axle, hitch height maximum of 26", with a minimum of a 3.75" x 3.0" opening. Hitch point must be easily accessed. No trick type hitches permitted. Hitch must be stationary in all directions. Hitch must be frame mounted. Hitch must be mounted centerline of rear axle or behind. Hitch must not exceed a maximum of 25 angle from pivot point to hook point. 17. Steering Hydraulic steering permitted. 18. Must run DOT approved tire. Maximum tire height 35", no studded tires or chains. No alteration to DOT tires allowed. Dual rear wheels are permitted on rear axle only. Maximum of 6 tires. 1. Transmission, Automatic All vehicles using an automatic transmission must have an SFI Spec. 2.1 automatic transmission flex plate. No cast iron is permitted. All vehicles using an automatic transmission will use a positive gear lockout. All automatic transmissions must have an approved safety blanket over the torque converter area. A full-length safety blanket is required. Automatic transmission shield or tractor blanket must meet SFI Spec Transmission, Manual A clutch meeting minimum SFI Spec 1.1 or 1.2 is mandatory on all vehicles. All manual transmissions must be clutch assisted. Applications for which an SFI Spec flywheel shield is not available may use a properly attached SFI 4.1 or 4.2 blanket that completely covers the bellhousing; it must be attached to the block and extend rearward to the transmission with a minimum 6" overlap where it is fastened. Turbocharger The turbocharger is smooth-faced intake housing, limited to a maximum of 3.0" inlet, (no map ring) with all air entering through the 3.0" opening. Intake wheel must protrude 1/8" inside of opening. Water Injection Water injection is prohibited. All system components must be removed from the truck. Ice Water Intercoolers Ice water intercoolers are allowed. Wheelbase Maximum wheelbase 158". Driver must wear helmet and seat belt.

7 Class E 2.5 Turbo Diesel 4 x 4 1. Interior A complete interior, including dashboard, door panels, headliner, etc., is mandatory. 20. Two matching front seats are mandatory. Aftermarket seats are permitted; they must be fully upholstered. All factory controls (lights, signals, horn, windows, wipers, etc.) must be retained and be operative. 21. Rear End Non-OEM rear-end housings are prohibited. It must have been an option on a one ton or smaller pickup. Rear axle bolts must be covered by a cap or shield. 22. Steering The vehicle must retain the full, original OEM steering gear. The vehicle must retain the original OEM power steering assistance, if it was so equipped. Additional stabilizers are permitted. Non-OEM power assist methods are prohibited. 23. Street Equipment Complete headlight and tail light assemblies (all) are mandatory and must be operative. Complete OEM windshield and windows are mandatory. Windows must be operative per factory specifications; that is, they must open and close via OEM electrical or mechanical means. 24. Suspension, Rear An OEM-style suspension is mandatory. Lowering or raising the vehicle height with suspension modifications is permitted. Traction bars and devices are permitted; they must be bolt-on only; welds are permitted for attachment to frame or axle housing. All OEM suspension mounting points must be retained and used. Rigid or 4-link suspensions are permitted. 25. Air suspension is permitted; the compressor must be disconnected. 26. Tires The tires must be DOT street tires. Cut tires are prohibited. Trucks utilizing dual rear wheels will be limited to a tire with maximum width of 8" of tread per tire. 27. Transfer Case Non-OEM transfer cases are prohibited. The transfer case must have been an option on a one ton or smaller pickup truck. 28. Transmission, Automatic Non-OEM transmissions are prohibited. Aftermarket torque converters, valve bodies and internal components are permitted. Transmission brakes are prohibited. Any non-oem floor-mounted automatic transmission shifter must be equipped with a spring-loaded positive reverse lockout device to prevent the shifter from accidentally being put into reverse gear. A functional neutral safety switch is mandatory. All transmission lines must be metallic or high pressure-type hose. All vehicles with engines running 4500 RPM or more and using an automatic transmission must be equipped with a transmission shield meeting SFI Spec 4.1 and must be labeled accordingly. A blanket-type shield is permitted; it must be appropriately labeled as meeting SFI Spec 4.1 and it must extend from the rear of the block to the front of tail housing with a minimum 6" overlap where it is fastened. All non-blanket-type shields must incorporate two (or one, per manufacturer s instructions) 3/4" x 1/8" straps that bolt to the shield on each side and pass under the transmission pan unless the transmission pan is labeled as meeting SFI Spec 4.1. All vehicles with engines running 4500 RPM or more and using an automatic transmission must be equipped with a flex plate meeting SFI Spec 2.1 and be covered by a flex plate shield meeting SFI Spec Transmission, Manual Non-OEM transmissions are prohibited. Aftermarket internal components are permitted. A clutch meeting minimum SFI Spec 1.1 or 1.2 is mandatory on all vehicles with engines running 4500 RPM or more. All manual transmissions must be clutch assisted. Sequential shifters are prohibited. All vehicles with engines running 4500 RPM or more and equipped with a manual transmission must have a flywheel shield labeled as meeting minimum SFI Spec 6.3 or greater. Applications for which an SFI Spec flywheel shield is not available may use a properly attached SFI 4.1 or 4.2 blanket that completely covers the bell housing; it must be attached to the block and extend rearward to the transmission with a minimum 6" overlap where it is fastened. 30. Turbocharger (2.5) The vehicle is limited to a single turbocharger. The inducer bore on the compressor housing may be no larger than 2.500". The inlet will be measured using a 2.550" plug or internal calipers. Bushing of any larger turbo size down to a turbo is PROHIBITED. 31. Inducer bore must be non-removable. Turbo compressor covers must be a truebore inlet. 32. Stepped/tapered covers are prohibited. Clipping/trimming of the compressor wheel is prohibited. The turbo wheel must measure no larger than 2.500" in front of and behind the MWE. 33. The turbo may utilize a stock map width enhancement (MWE) groove, but is to be no wider than.250" maximum. No MWE alterations will be allowed. All provisions allowing air to the wheel other than via the bore and the MWE groove are prohibited. Exhaust manifold/pedestal bolt pattern shall measure no larger than 3.500" x 2.750" (t-4 flange). Altering of the turbo housing to accommodate a smaller foot or base will not be permitted. 6.4 liter powerstroke/6.7 liter following Limited Pro Diesel Trucks 1st Place...$ Ballast Ballast is permitted. Hanging front weights are permitted but can t exceed 60" to the furthest most point of the ballast from the centerline of the front axle. Ballast may be added in the bed of the truck. If used, ballast must be securely fastened to the bed. 2. Body The body must be the OEM truck body. The body must retain full sheet metal. Metal aftermarket hoods are permitted. Fiberglass hoods are permitted with a sheet metal or aluminum skin shield underneath of at least.060" thick. The hood must be closed and securely latched while the vehicle is hooked to the sled. The complete OEM firewall and OEM floor pan is mandatory. 3. A factory installed pickup bed or commercial style aftermarket bed must be installed. 4. Brakes Four-wheel hydraulic functional brakes are mandatory. 5. Chassis The OEM chassis is mandatory. The engine must be in the OEM location for the body used. The vehicle must retain the full OEM chassis. Wheel tubs, back-half conversions, tube chassis, etc., are prohibited. 6. Cooling System Radiators must be in the stock location and be of at least stock size. 7. Credentials All drivers must have a valid state driver s license. 8. Driveline An OEM transmission and transfer case are mandatory. They must have been an option on a one ton or smaller pickup.. Driveshaft Loops All trucks must have at least 6" wide u-joint shields around the rear u-joint constructed of at least 1/4" steel or 3/8" aluminum that will safely contain the u-joint and the end of the rear shaft. All shields must be securely mounted to the vehicle. Any front shaft u-joint that is visible from the side of the truck must be shielded to contain the u-joint and the end of the shaft. 10. Driver Restraint System The OEM restraint system is mandatory and must be worn. 11. Engine (2.5) The engine block must have been available as a factory option on a one ton or smaller pickup truck. Electric water pumps allowed. Electric cooling fans allowed. All other accessories must be powered by factory belting. 12. Exhaust All vehicles must be equipped to direct exhaust upward. Stacks exiting through the hood or fender well are permitted. 13. Fuel The fuel must be pump #1/#2 diesel only. Soy/biodiesel fuel is permitted. Off-road diesel fuel is prohibited. NITROUS OXIDE is prohibited along with other oxygen extenders as well as the use of PROPANE is also prohibited. All system components MUST be removed from the truck. 14. Fuel Injection Pump The fuel injection pump is limited to a stock-appearing, OEM engine model-specific pump only. The use of multiple high-pressure common-rail fuel pumps is permitted. Powerstroke engines with a single factory turbo may utilize a second HPOP. Pumps from different years in the same engine model may be interchanged. Cylinder number specific (IE: 6-cylinder pump on a 6-cylinder engine). Sigma or 12 cylinder pumps are prohibited. 15. Fuel System The OEM fuel tank is mandatory and must be used. Racing fuel cells are prohibited and must be removed from the vehicle. 16. Harmonic Balancer All engines turning 4500 RPM and higher must be equipped with a harmonic balancer or damper meeting SFI Spec Hitch The hitch must be a receiver-style hitch; reinforcements are permitted. Reinforcements must not extend forward of the centerline of the rear axle or to the axle housing itself. Trick hitches are prohibited. The hooking point must be the rear-most point on the vehicle and must be rearward of the stock location of the tailgate. The hitch must be horizontal to the ground and stationary in all directions. Bumpers may be notched or removed. The hitch s height from the ground may not exceed 26" on 4wd units and 30" on 2wd units. The hooking point must have a minimum 3-3/4" inside diameter opening for the sled hook. The hooking point will be measured to the center of the clevis loop. 18. Intercoolers Factory style or aftermarket air-to-air coolers are permitted. Water-to-air coolers are prohibited. Any means of cooling the air before the engine, except the air to air cooler is prohibited. 46

8 4. Front weights may not extend more than 11' from center rear axle of tractor. 5. Rear weights cannot extend beyond 12" of rear tire. 6. Speed will be monitored by a speed measuring device or a pace tractor. 7. Stock block, crankshaft and cylinder head required. Replacement update from manufacturer or parts supplier accepted. 8. Gas tractors must have the stock carburetor, or its replacement as supplied by original manufacturer. No overhang of carburetor to manifold.. Diesel tractors must have a stock fuel pump or its replacement as supplied by original manufacturer. 10. No blowers or turbos. 11. No cut or ground tires. 12. No homemade tractors. 13. Pump gas, propane or diesel (sold as off road diesel only) and available to general public. No alcohol or nitrous oxide. 14. One false start within 75 feet allowed. 15. Only stock appearing manifolds are allowed. Dual exhaust not allowed except after stock manifold. 16. Any tractor can qualify in a maximum of two classes. One hook per class. 17. Wheelie bars are highly recommended. 18. Maximum tire size 18.4 x 38. No radial tires allowed. 1. Kill switch recommended. 20. Helmets required under 16 years of age. 21. Farm Stock Class E has no tractor age restriction; turbos and radial tires allowed. All other antique tractor rules apply. scorpion engines may utilize the factory turbo configuration.
