3 FMS Is a Busy Space... We agree there are a number of excellent Fuel Management Systems out there, and you mask ask why may the market need another one? The premise of Fuellox is to offer a lower cost, and better user experience. We don't intend to replace existing systems, however we also know some customers are looking for something different. Fuellox is ideal for the following applications: Mobile tanks Fuel Trailers Remote, isolated or tanks in locations with poor (or no) service coverage Customers for whom managing tags, fobs or cards is or has been a problem Customers with many tanks, where typical FMS may be cost prohibitive. In any market there are tiers of products, from high cost to low cost. In most cases the higher cost products goto the larger companies, with the lowest cost going to the smaller. 6 Now with Advanced Fleet Encoding Fuellox allows you to seamlessly manage large equipment fleets using QR code technology. The code is scan-able from all Fuellox Compatible phones and tablets, and reliably identifies the equipment, fluid (and your Customer if needed) to ensure your fuel transactions are reliable, consistent and free from user entry mistakes. Our QR Codes are compartment specific. That means you can use them to identify multiple fluids within the Fuellox system. When you scan the equipment, the app will prevent your operaters from pumping the incorrect fluid. This makes Fuellox ideal for DEF fleets such bus fleets and transport applications. Have petrol and diesel? Multiple fluids on a service truck? No problem for Fuellox! A - LD STICKER Identification Packs Our ID Kits come in packs of 20 or 50. Choose from (a) low cost heavy duty vinyl stickers or (b) heavy duty vinyl over alloy rivet panels or (c) extreme duty engraved and paint filled aluminium rivet panels. B - HD VINYL ON AL Using advanced code generation techniques, and digital manufacturing we can ensure each tag is unique, and shall never be reproduced. Security Your Fuellox Codes are registered to your account, and can not be scanned by other systems. They are only recognizable to Fuellox users within your profile. 7 The Fuellox App 1. MAIN MENU Our main menu allows your users and operators to login and conduct fuel dispensing activities from our app 4. ADD EQUIPMENT We offer the option to add equipment within the app and the feature can be disabled if needed. 2. DISPENSE PREP Choose from a combination of Client Site Project type fields to classify and manage your fuel transactions. 3. DISPENSING During dispensing the indicator will indicate how much fuel has been transferred. The receiving tank has either a capacity or preset limit. We update the litres pumped every second. Hit STOP anytime. Your Fuellox environment enables your to have equipment that belongs to you, your clients or both! 5. HELP & SUPPORT Access detailed help for every screen and function. 6. INSTALLATION Send your users an SMS Invite with their app link, login and passcode. Need more support? Simply create a support ticket from within the app and our team will take care of your individual needs. 7. SECURITY Users have the option to lock their app with a passcode. MAPS INTEGRATION Each Fuellox transaction has a GPS Location. Locate your Fuel dispensing events on the map by user, equipment, project or any other field. Equipment is classified as OnRoad, OffRoad, Power, Agriculture etc to allow you to effortlessly document your ATO claims. 9 Installation Fuellox can be installed in a multitude of ways, but the two main options are show below. These drawings are for conceptualisation. Consult the installation manual for more detailed information. EXPANSION Simply wire up your: EStop Over Ride Nozzle Switch etc via our handy expansion panel! THE FUELLOX EXPANSION PANEL SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCES YOUR INSTALLATION COST, AS THE ELECTRICIAN NO LONGER NEEDS TO DESIGN THE LOGIC OR SUPPLY COMPONENTS TO DELIVER THE FEATURES. Note 1: We recommend using a qualified electrician to install any 240V systems. Note 2: Expansion instruments are low voltage and can be installed by persons with basic mechanical/electrical skills.

10 Ease of Installation One major point of difference with Fuellox, is its ease of Installation. Installing any FMS in a practical sense often involves the use of an Estop or Override and possibly other features such as a nozzle switch. The electrical panel needed for the most basic of FMS installations is well over $1000 and maybe as much as $3000 where additional logic is needed. The Fuellox IO Strip allows for simple 2 wire connections for: Pump Burnout? Do your customers ever suffer pump burnout? Estop Secure Override Nozzle Switch When operators leave a small pump running too long the motor will burn out. These motors typically have a 30min on 30min off duty cycle. Flow Indicator Secondary Pump relay (low voltage) And More! Simply specify requirements at time of order and those channels will be available on the board, out of the box! Fuellox comes with a hand timeout feature. On completion of fuel dispensing, the timeout will always switch off the pump. Simply set the No Flow timeout in the Fuellox configuration, once the system counts that time with no flow the pump will switch off.
