3 PAGE 2 076/ General Tools needed for installing the LPG tank : - Soldering iron - Tube-flaring tool - Drilling machine - Drilling kit - Drill size 30mm and 70 mm - Workshop tools. - Gas leak detection device - Vacuum cleaner - Anti-corrosion agent / black body coating - Car lift - Punching tool 70 mm Note the jack supporting points and moveable parts when mounting the LPG line. Remove the inner burrs after shortening the LPG line (to prevent the flow from being reduced). It is not permitted to have LPG lines routed through the passenger compartment or a closed cargo space. Place a rubber socket on the back of the outer filler. Seal the socket gastight on both sides. After having drilled holes ( use safety glasses ) for the mounting of a tank frame, floor ventilation, etc., always treat the holes against corrosion after having removed the grindings. Provide a thorough frame mounting on vehicles with a thin metal or wooden floor panel (vehicles with commercial registration). Secure the mountings to the vehicle frame and not to the floor. Treat the LPG tank when mounted under the car with a black body coating. Mount the LPG tank according to the local LPG regulations. The LPG installer is responsible for that. This manual is based on Dutch regulations. After having completed the installation, check the whole system for gas leakage; use a gas leak detection device. Check for tank certificates and wiring diagrams.

Place the template under the care floor (see picture). Marker 2x the 7 holes. Place the template see picture to the rib. Remove the 2 circle in de middle template.

Place 4 threaded end M8x250 wiht 4 nuts in the 4 corner holes place the template under the out-side floor. Mounting wiht 4 lock nut. Do-it-yourself on the remote.

Mark the 2 holes. Drill the 2 holes Ø6mm.

7 PAGE 6 076/ WAY VALVE COUPLER Screw the two 1 way valves (6mm pipe) the blacking plug and the 8mm pipe apdapter in the coupler. Place the 1 way valve coupler (see picture). Mark the 2 holes. Drill the 2 holes Ø6mm. Mounting 2x M5x50 bolts 4x sheet-metal rings M5 2x nuts tighten. Sliding the 1 way valve coupler over the threaded end M5 bolts tighten the 1 way valve coupler wiht 2x lock nut. Out-side filler T-piece wiht 2x clip on filler hoses.

Remove the plate of the top of the out-side filler hole (see picture). Mounting un the out-side filler a adapter nipple Ø8mm. Protect the out-side filler pipe wiht a protective conduit about +/-30 cm.
