Semi-automatic filling operation by weight with only a simple air connection needed to install the machine Fills products from 200grs to 300kgs Optional extras include Press, Crimping devise, screw unit etc.

3 UVC SEMI-AUTOMATIC VOLUMETRIC FILLING MACHINE Providing the same cost effective solution as the DPC Filler, the UVC provides a VOLUMETRIC solution allowing a wide range of volumes to be accomodated. 3 Different sizes are available in the UVC range: 1. 50cc to 2700cc (5400cc using automatic double stroke ) cc to 5600cc (11200cc using automatic double stroke) cc to 8500cc (17000cc using automatic double stroke )

Mechanical or load cell scale system Filling from above or below the container hole edge. Foaming products are filled from below the liquid level to reduce foam Capacity from 5kgs to 1500kgs

9 H.C (HIGH CAPACITY) FILLING MACHINES Although IMMEA have met a great many technical challenges of different products during the past 25 years, the main concentration of our designs was to meet the requirements in the field of paint manufacture. However, in recent years emerging markets with different products have shown a demand for a new type of filling machine with higher capacity outputs. To meet the new challenges, a new series of filling machines has been produced identified as H.C (High Capacity). This series is capable of doubling the traditional output of our standard machines and answers the problems faced by manufacturers of Solvents, Lubricants, Adhesives, Etc.
