Installation cost varies between states and councils depending on building regulations; i.e.; Central Coast NSW require leaf eaters installed to downpipes, other areas of NSW require leaf eater & first flush diverters fitted. Qld also varies in its requirements for both wet & dry systems plus leaf eaters.
