14 3. Functional description By the attached sprayer the spraying process is depends on the running speed. We advise you a speed of 2-4 Km/h. We advise a mounting with the colour BROWN by the first spraying. We advise a mounting with the colour YELLOW by the second and the third spraying. We advise a mounting with the colour YELLOW or RED by the last spraying, depending on the use. These advises only count fort he European area. This spraying procedure will be operated with a pressure of 8 12 Bar. By the attached fan you can reach with this system an optimal spraying allocation. The spraying broth, filled in over the fill in basket into the spraying box, will be aspirated over the suction pipe, over the suction filter from the pump. A second filter is in the pressure governor, which sees to it that the 8 nozzles work faultless. On the spraying armature a pressure reducer is located, which can be setting up depending on the operation mode. Both spigot, which are located on the armature (black lever), serve for the switch off of the nozzles left and right. The red lever serves for the off control of the whole closed loop. Both manoscope serve for the spraying survey. Both manoscope could vary 1 2 Bar, if more, rinse the filter. (q.v. Side 3, Chapter Spraying armature) It is also warranted that 10% of the spraying broth is served as a rabble. To reach an optimal output quantity we ask you to consider the table on side 9: The NIKO sprayer machine is fitted with a skittle-cone. You can reach a very smooth spraying beetween 5 and 12 bar. Ex 12 bar the drop size doesn t reduce themselves. In contrast the abrasion and demands of the material accumulate very quick. On this account it is neccessary to avoidance a higher pressure. During the spraying treatment certain restrictions exist, which have to be consider regarding an optimal admission energy and an appropriate spraying height. Demands on output of the fluidity upstairs. Big drops low pressure. Nozzle with bigger deploy-hole. DOSAGE NOZZLE CHART To reach an optimal effect of the adopted compound, you have to deploy the required dose (%) of the spraying producer in a collect amount of spraying fluid on the prescribed face (L/ha). The Deploy amount in Liter/Minute is contigent on the nozzle-number, nozzle-size and the spraying-pressure. Attention: For the actuation of the petrol engine it is neccessary to attend the instructions of the producer. (Motor hand-book will be delivered). 12

Details for depleting and cleaning the machine: In the machine remaining quantities discharge over the void adjustment absorb and for later on uses mount or dispose after required instructions. Clean the machine with water and deploy the cleaning water through the nozzles, attend on the cleaning advices in the instruction sheet of the pesticide. At times fill in screen, filter and nozzles clean with water and brush. To avoid frost damages discharge all fluid remains from line and pump. Details for checking the dose: Check at least at the beginning of a spraying season, if the discharge of the machine (l/min) is in the values according to the operating instruction (look at the flow rate index page 9). Example: Depending on the colour of nozzle, the discharge in l/min take from schema page 9. Let the pump run 60 seconds and collect the discharge of the nozzle in capable case. The airflow of the integral nozzles has to suit with the manufacturers` instructions. Variations of 15 % are still in tolerance. ATTENTION: There may be no nozzles in the system that pass the tolerance. 14

17 Details for mesh number of the filter: Suction filter: 0,30mm Pression filter: 0,25mm Check the following dots at the beginning of every season and monthly by regular use: - Tightness of all parts by maximum working pressure. - Functional efficiency of all parts which affect the output, particularly the pump and the armature with the manoscope. - Accuracy of dose - Accuracy of the manifold Check the validity of the test badge. Use the annual, also near you, proffered controls of the pest management machines.
