For more than 40 years Bremer & Leguil has been well-known for its special lubricants, cleaners, corrosion protection agents and maintenance products. With a wide product range we are nearly up to all requirements which result from technical tasks in the fields of industry, energy supply and in many other areas. Beyond this our service in situ is one more characteristic of the Bremer & Leguil GmbH. Besides our head office in Duisburg we are equipped with a strong specialist team of sales representatives and we are present all over Germany in more than 40 cities. Thus we guarantee that we are regionally available for the customer and are able to support him competently. 6 02 Lubricants Lubrication Lubrication of single parts of machines is an important part of the production process. Lubricants are mediators between the friction partners. They separate, protect, preserve, avoid wear, transfer heat and expel wear particles. The following products are classified by the American NSF International according to their type of application. You can find exact information concerning these classes on Lubricants with an NSF-classification are food-compatible, so that they are not classified harmful if an incidental extraordinary contact with the food occurs. 32 Shelf life of our Products Advice Our products in general are not subject to an expiration date like food, but nevertheless because of oxygen, humidity, warmth or light can start up an ageing process. To keep the ageing of our Products during storage as low as possible the follow-ing points have to be considered: The containers have to be originally closed. Temperatures of C are ideal. Big temperature fluctuations are to be avoided. The air in the storage room should be dry and dustfree if possible. The containers must not be stored outside. (Water penetrates the container.) The containers are to be protected against frost.
