1 Stromme Tank Spray Foam System Product description The Stromme Tank Spray Foam System is a labour and cost saving equipment when it comes to cleaning of cargo holds. The Stromme Tank Spray Foam System is a specifically designed spraying applicator delivered in a foldable storing container which makes it convenient for transport and storage. It s delivered complete with Mini-Jet and 4 pieces of aluminium lance in total assembled length of 4.8 meters, that will allow it to reach a spraying height of 21 meters. It s used for spraying Stromme products like:- 1. Stromme Aquaclean HD a heavy duty alkaline cleaner that contains special selected synthetic detergents developed for cargo hold cleaning to remove stubborn stains after discharging cargos such as Petcoke, Coal and other "oily" cargos. 2. Stromme Holdcoat FC a protective coating that provides a thin temporary film as a barrier between the cargo holds before loading dirty and corrosive cargos. 3. Stromme Ships Cleaner is a mild alkaline cleaner specifically formulated for the cleaning of the ship s deck and the superstructure from all organic residues. 3 Additional equipment Stromme Tripod Product No Stromme tripod designed specifically for helping cargo hold cleaning to save time and labor. The full weight of the long lance is supported by the tripod. This provides leverage for a single person to move the long lance around easily. Designed with different lance holders to fit specific lance. The lance clamping position can be adjusted to suit individual height and preference. Lance holder pivoted on tripod can rotate 360⁰ Portable to carry and easy to assemble by a single person. Fitted with breakable wheels to move around easily and station by engaging the brakes on the wheels. It is specifically formulated for the cleaning of the ship s deck and the superstructure from all organic residues, it effectively removes deposited stains of typical dirt on ship s deck, accommodation and engine room. It has a demulsifying effect which helps to assure a smooth operation of the bilge water separator. Quick and easy deck cleaning solution. Good dirt carrying capacity. Anti -static properties. Has a good ecological profile. The product is not hazardous to the marine environment (NOT-HME) as per GHS criteria. The cleaning chemical is strong and effective even in high dilution and therefore very economical to use.

5 Stromme Aquaclean HD Product No Stromme Aquaclean HD is a well tested and effective product developed from the extensive experience of Stromme staff involved in cleaning operations of cargoes such as petcoke, coal and other "oily" cargoes carried as dry bulk. Depends on the kind of contaminants to be removed it is normally used in a mixed ratio of 1:2 up to 1:9 with fresh water. Cost-effective heavy duty alkaline cleaner. Water-base, biodegradable and non-flammable. Stromme Holdcoat FC Product No Stromme Holdcoat FC protects the paint against corrosion and stains from a wide range of cargoes Environmentally friendly and does not contaminate the cargo it is therefore safe for carrying food cargo and it is approved by FDA. Meets Marpol Convention MEPC 63, Annex 5. Upon applying it appears white in color, hence visible to the eye to see where the protective coats are applied, when dried it changes from white to transparent. To make Stromme Holdcoat FC visible in white after drying Stromme Color White FC is to be added prior applying. Stromme Color White FC Product No WARNING Stromme Color White FC is an additive color white pigment mixed together in a ratio of 10% with Stromme Holdcoat FC to make Stromme Holdcoat FC visible when dried to the port authority and surveyor to ascertain that the cargo holds are protected. Stromme Holdcoat FC mixed together with Stromme Color White FC is applied before loading as a protective barrier between the cargo and the cargo hold will reduce the cargo holds cleaning time. 100% FDA approved ingredients Adequate equipment for personal protection must be used and respiratory protection with half or full face mask is necessary when working with chemicals and equipment.
