4 FOODLUBE Bearing Greases FOODLUBE Bearing Greases Designed for the effective lubrication of all types of ball, roller and plain bearings operating under high loads in the food and other clean industries. Suitable for multi purpose applications, for those operating at low or high temperatures, and which require high water resistance. FOODLUBE Grease is available in a range of NGLI ratings NGLI 00, NGLI 1, NGLI 2 and pack sizes. 5 FOODLUBE Chain Lubricants White Chain & Drive Spray This is a food grade, clean, non-toxic, white chain lubricant based on edible paraffin oil combined with PTFE. ROCOL White Chain & Drive Spray provides a tough thin film that ensures minimum wear of chains and sprockets without danger of contamination. Temperature range: -20 C to 160 C White Chain & Drive Spray RY g Foodsafe Chain Lube A chain and conveyor lubricant with good load carrying and corrosion preventative properties. Suitable for the lubrication of all chains and conveyors. May be used either manually or with automatic lubrication equipment. Temperature range: -20 C to 120 C NZFSA C11 approved (all animal product except dairy) Foodsafe Chain Lube RY L RY L Hi-Temp Synthetic Chain Lube A non-carbonising synthetic chain lubricant which provides wet film lubrication at temperatures of up to 280 C and at the same time provides significant reductions in equipment energy consumption. It does not contain mineral oil and therefore will not form hard carbon deposits which often cause seizure in links and bearings. 6 FOODLUBE Anti-Seize Assembly Lubricants FOODLUBE Multi Paste Suitable for use as an anti-seize, assembly paste and for lubricating bushes, slides and small open gears in the food and other clean industries. Designed to operate across a wide temperature range and is particularly suitable for stainless steel fasteners used in high temperature applications. Temperature range: -30 C to 450 C FOODLUBE Multi Paste RY g RY kg RY kg Bakers Mate Formulated from high grade graphite in water containing dispersing and binding agents. It can be diluted and applied leaving a dry film lubricant suitable for lubrication of oven chains. Temperature range: 0 C to 600 C Diluted up to five parts of water Non-toxic, non-carbonising Bakers Mate RY L Bakers Mate HT A high temperature water based bakers oven lubricant. It is a dispersion of high grade graphite lubricant containing wetting agents and synthetic polymer in a water base. Contains the unique ROCOL Start Up Protection System (SUPS). SUPS is designed to protect gear teeth on start up and provide protection during use. Available in ISO VG 150, 220, 320 and 460 grades. 8 Maintenance Products FOODLUBE WD Spray A water dispersing spray which is a non-toxic, food grade, multi-purpose maintenance product that penetrates, lubricates and protects against corrosion. It is ideal for use as a general lubricant to lubricate and protect small components such as linkages, pivots and pins. Temperature range: -20 C to 120 C FOODLUBE WD Spray RY g Contact Cleaner Spray A powerful, ultrafast drying cleaner desiged for use on electrical equipment and components such as contacts, motors, switches and switchgear. It is formulated with fast drying solvents that leave no residue to affect conductivity. Contact Cleaner Spray RY g 7

9 Maintenance Products Silicone Lubricant Spray Suitable as a release agent or for light lubrication in clean environments such as the food and chemical industries. It leaves a thin, clear film which does not attract dirt, making it suitable for general lubrication. Temperature range: -40 C to 250 C Silicone Lubricant Spray RY g Dry Film Teflon Spray Deposits a dry film of Teflon to metalic and non-metalic surfaces. The white non-toxic film provides a lubricating medium with very low frictional properties and is unaffected by water, steam and most chemicals. Can be used as dry film lubrication on a wide variety of applications in food environments or clean industries where contamination must be avoided or dark coloured lubricants are undesirable.
