Proper belt tension for 3 HP unit is 7 lbs./0.16" deflection; for 5 HP units, 7 lbs./0.19" deflection. 4. Refer to air-end manitenance manual. 3

6 DRAIN RECEIVER (Manual Drain model Only) DAILY MAINTENANCE 1. Open the manual condensate drain valve located below the discharge valve. 2. With the receiver pressurized, allow all condensate to drain from the receiver. 3. Close the condensate drain. 6

7 VENTILATION SCREEN CLEANING 1. Remove the ventilation screen located at the back of the unit. 2. Clean with compressed air or soap and water, if necessary. 7

8 INSPECT and ADJUST V-BELT TENSION 500 and 2,500HOURS MAINTENANCE 1. Remove the Top Panel, Rear Duct and Intake Panel. 8

9 2. Check V-Belt tension with tension gauge. 9
