6 SERVICES (A) Pipeline Maintenance & Repair Services Pipeline Upgrade and Repairs Modifications and other rehabilitation as per scope of work. It could be by clamping, reinforcement of weak sections, sectional replacement using varying techniques such as freezing, single or multiple hot-tap etc. Valve maintenance Periodic servicing of pipeline valves, repairs and replacement of defective pipeline valves Emergency Pipeline Repairs By use of split sleeve clamps, emergency leaks or corroded portions of the pipes are replaced with an option of cofferdam/shoring construction where applicable Management of Oil Spill Containment, recovery and disposal management

7 SERVICES (B) INDUSTRIAL CLEANING: These services include: Pre-operational pipeline chemical cleaning (Acid Pickling & Alkaline Degreasing) Sewer, Saver Pits, Ponds, & Columns Dislodging Pipeline Pigging - Flushing, Hydrotesting, Dewatering, Drying & Nitrogen Packing. Pipeline Descaling (Risers, Tubings, 15,000psi Tank Cleaning Mechanical Cleaning of Platforms, Rigs, FPSO, etc. High Pressure Steam

8 SERVICES (C) INTEGRATED HEAT EXCHANGER/COOLERS MAINTENANCE These services are: Hydrojetting/Hydroblasting Chemical Cleaning Unplugging of blocked tubes General Maintenance, Air Fin Coolers, Boilers & Other Heat Exchangers (D) INTEGRATED, OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE (IOM) This involves the operation and maintenance of client oil and gas production facilities including all planning, documentations and management procedures required.

9 SERVICES (E) Relief Valves Calibration & Procurements Servicing, Calibration and Re-certification of Pressure Safety Valves (PSV). System is fitted with Bubble Pot and computerized with on line data logging with printout. Removal and reinstallation of Relief Valves and the Leak Testing of reinstalled pipe work. Scope also include Loosening and Tensioning of stud bolts and nuts (F) Turbine Lube and Seal Oil Flushing Oil flushing services assure that Turbines, Compressors, Generators and other Facility equipment start-up and run smoothly without interruption from contaminants such as construction debris, dirts, water, millscale, weld beads, etc. Control valves, bearings, cylinders and instrumentation are subject to scoring if the oil is not to SAE, NAS, ASTME or AIA standards as specified.

10 SERVICES (G) Technical Manpower Services Provision of skilled Nigerian and Expatriate manpower fit to contribute effectively to operations in the Nigerian oil industry. Company has a large database of national and expatriate candidates and in addition has access to international agencies for specialized manpower needs. (H) Valve Maintenance Preventive and Corrective maintenance on various types of valves, viz.: Gate Valves, Rotary Valves, Plug Valves, Butterfly Valves, Globe Valves, Diaphragm Valves, Float Valves, etc. Activities include stem lubrication, change of faulty or worn parts, cleaning off corrosion products, resealing, re-packing and re-seating, disassembly and assembly, etc.

11 SERVICES (I) Miscellaneous Pumping Low and High pressure pumping services for: Stimulation Brine Filtration Fluid Recirculation & Evacuation Ballasting, etc. (J) Nitrogen Services A complete system of Nitrogen Tank, Pump, Vaporizers and connecting accessories for the provision of pipeline purging, inserting of enclosed systems prior to commissioning, decommissioning, hot work, etc. (K) Chemicals Supply of Production Chemicals
