So much so, that we would like to give you that commitment in writing. Whether you would like to extend your existing warranty (Warranty Extension) or your vehicle is no longer under warranty (Stand-alone Warranty), a Porsche Approved Warranty will give you peace of mind up to 10 years. As you would expect, the Porsche Approved Warranty is comparable to our new car warranty and is 100% Porsche.

The Porsche Approved Warranty provides you with the following benefits: Worldwide valid and redeemable in every Porsche Centre No mileage limitation within the valid warranty period All component repairs are covered including parts and labour* No excess payment in the event of a claim Only Porsche Genuine Parts are used and installed by certified Porsche technicians Optional duration of 12 or 24 months Coverage for Porsche vehicles up to 10 years Porsche Road Side Assistance A hassle-free process, effortlessly administered in all Porsche Centres Fully transferable providing the car is sold privately (end customer) or to a Porsche Centre** *Terms and Conditions apply. Please refer to the Porsche Approved Warranty Conditions for full details. ** Should you choose to sell your vehicle privately, the Porsche Approved Warranty is transferable and may add to the attractiveness of your Porsche to prospective purchaser. The new owner must inform the nearest Porsche Centre to finalize the warranty transfer. However, the warranty is not transferable to another party (eg. rental company or a licensed motor vehicle trader) if that party acquires the vehicle for the purpose of resale.

Porsche Approved Warranty also includes Porsche Assistance, to give you a trusted helping hand in the unlikely event of a breakdown, round the clock. If your Porsche cannot be repaired on the spot, whether at home or elsewhere, we will transport it to the nearest Porsche Service Centre, free of charge. 5 When buying a legend, be sure of its history. Conditions for granting a Porsche Approved Warranty: Porsche standard-production vehicles* not older than 9 years with a mileage less than 200,000 kilometres. All service tasks must be performed by a Porsche Partner and documented as specified in the Guarantee & Maintenance booklet.** A mandatory 111-point inspection must be performed. Any faults detected have to be rectified prior to acceptance onto the programme. The vehicle must not have been modified or misused in a manner that is not approved by the manufacturer. A minimum of 90 days ownership, in case of Stand-alone warranty. Not intended for commercial operation involved in selling cars, a leasing company, a vehicle rental or a passenger transport business. *The Porsche Approved Warranty is available for all Porsche cars (excluding Carrera GT, 918 Spyder, Porsche Cup Cars). **If the service interval was not followed, a major service must be performed.

6 Commitment and Transparency. After all, what is a relationship without trust? The warranty covers the operational functionality of all parts belonging to the following vehicle components: Engine Exclusions spark plugs, drive belt, deflection and tensioning roller Power train / Transmission Exclusions clutch disc and pressure plate Suspension / Steering Exclusions shock absorbers, tyres, tyre sealant, PDCC reservoir Brake system Exclusions brake pads, brake discs Heating / Air conditioning Exclusions refrigerant gas Electrics Exclusions all bulbs, (excluding Xenon and LED lamps) fuses, wiper blades, batteries Body Exclusions floor mats, fire extinguisher, etc. Other exclusions All filters, fluids, oils and greases. Like your car, we want to ensure your Porsche Approved Warranty also stands for reliability and trust. This means openly stating what will not be covered under a Porsche Approved Warranty and why. As your Porsche ages, it can undergo visual and acoustic changes without affecting its functionality (e. g. worn leather). Also certain parts are subject to ageing and natural wear. For this reason your Porsche has scheduled service and maintenance intervals. Visual and acoustic concerns, wear and tear are not defects and are therefore excluded from the warranty.
