7 Warranty terms and conditions Warranty terms All new LIGIER quadricycles with an accompanying maintenance Is covered by the legal warranty for latent defects under French law, article Is covered by the contractual warranty for a period of 2 years, unlimited mileage, as from the date of first use. This warranty is applicable via the AUTMBILES LIGIER authorised distribution network. The warranty registration card is found in the maintenance booklet, and must be fully completed, stamped and returned to the After Sales Service at AUTMBILES LIGIER by the dealer immediately after first use. The signature of the owner is proof that the terms of this contract have been understood and accepted. 8 2 WARRANTY NDITINS For any warranty claim, the user must present the completed warranty booklet showing that the maintenance operations have been carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations (with a 200 km tolerance in relation to the prescribed mileage limit). The AUTMBILES LIGIER warranty guarantees the free of charge (parts and labour) repair of any defect in materials or construction subject to the following conditions: Any warranty work must be carried out under the control and in the workshops of an AUTMBILES LIGIER dealer. The choice of whether to repair or replace a defective part is at the discretion of AUTMBILES LIGIER. Since labour times are calculated according to the published AUTMBILES LIGIER price schedule and are based on original vehicles in good condition, any work done to remove non- Ligier accessories or to clean parts necessary for the warranty work will be chargeable. The AUTMBILES LIGIER warranty is invalid if it is proved that the defect has arisen because: The vehicle has not been properly maintained and that in particular the instructions in the maintenance and warranty booklet relating to the treatment, use, maintenance and care of the vehicle have not been followed. Parts have been fitted or modifications made to the vehicle without the permission of the manufactureror legal authorisation. The maintenance of the vehicle has not been carried out by a qualified professional. The vehicle has been used inappropriately (for example: participation in sporting competitions, overloading, even temporary - please refer to the user manual), prolonged disuse of the vehicle, off-road use. When failures are as a result of normal wear and tear or a traffic accident. Parts which wear normally such as the remote control battery, tyres, suspension shock absorbers, cables, bulbs, fuses, filters, belts (transmission, timing, variable speed drive and alternator), brake pads, windscreen wiper blades, fabric and trim, brake disks, (wear, appearance), internal and external corrosion of exhaust pipes, steering or gear box seals, spark or pre-heating plugs, are not covered by warranty.

9 Prolonged disuse of the vehicle, use of battery power with the engine off (ceiling light on, use of the cigarette lighter to recharge an electrical device, etc.) or the addition of extra electrical consumption (amplifier, long-range headlights, alarm, etc.) not envisaged by the manufacturer may cause the battery to discharge quickly and completely, after which it will be unable to recharge to the same capacity. The batteries are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless there is an internal defect in the elements (arising in the first 6 months of use), a charging system malfunction or a malfunctioning electrical device causing unusually high electrical consumption. The glass in the doors, rear panels, rear window and windscreen is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty except in the case of manufacturing defects. Fire risks, deterioration resulting from normal aging, from a change in colour of the bodywork, from damage to paintwork or interior or exterior bodywork (gravel impact, adverse weather conditions, cleaning parts with: thinners, liquid which is corrosive or unsuitable for ABS plastic, a pressure jet, excessive heat), cosmetic incidents not affecting vehicle performance, damage resulting from storage or poor transportation, failures due to natural phenomena (hail, flooding, etc.). Use of an unsuitable windscreen wash liquid may cause serious damage to the bodywork. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage or the worsening of existing problems following use of the vehicle when a red warning light is showing on the dashboard screen. See section 1.2 "Digital dashboard" in the user manual for descriptions of the warning lights. The manufacturer's warranty does not apply if poor quality fuel or fuel unsuitable for the vehicle engine type has been used. Geometrical adjustments on the front axle and the steering, front headlight adjustment, hand brake cable adjustments and brake pad adjustments are not covered by the warranty. Beyond 30,000 km, some parts which are subject to wear and tear through use are no longer covered by the warranty: injector nozzle or injection system for all engine types; exhaust hose; drive pulley and driven pulley 3WARRANTY NDITINS

Under no circumstances does this warranty cover consumables (oil, grease, brake fluid, coolant, fuel), maintenance costs, breakdown related costs, vehicle breakdown, running out of fuel, punctures, damage from flying objects, damage to goods or merchandise being transported, damage reported after the end of the warranty period. IMPRTANT: Using any filtration system which is not an original Ligier part, as well as other types of parts or modifications aimed at increasing performance, will automatically invalidate the warranty.
