2 Lowery Well Heads History Lowery Well Heads was established in 1979 in Tulsa, Oklahoma by the Lowery family. Over the past 40 years the company grew to be a significant regional supplier of Tubing Heads, Casing Heads, Stuffing Boxes, Tees, Flanges & associated products for the Oil & Gas Industry.
