We only offer high quality components with all the appropriate quality standards and certifications for installation in the UK (including MCS). Our products also come with strong European warranties to give maximum customer satisfaction and peace of mind Enfinity PV Packs include: High efficiency Enfinity PV modules premium monocrystalline (2W or 1W), all black monocrystalline (W or 1W) or standard polycrystalline (W) A suitably sized inverter either Enfinity, SMA or Fronius A Schletter on-roof mounting system designed to suit most roof types Delivery to a UK mainland address Our PV Packs do not include ancillary items such as switches, meters, monitors and cable these are available to order separately. Our PV Pack solutions for homeowners cover a range of system sizes from 1kWp to kwp using typical roof configurations. For non-standard configurations or systems larger than kwp we are happy to assist in specifying systems to meet the exact requirements. How to Order To order an Enfinity PV Pack, simply specify the following: The PV Pack Code which is provided for each system on the following configuration sheets (e.g. PP2-1) The inverter option you wish to be included in your order either option A or B Confirm which roof hooks you require: either Universal for a standard tile roof, or Prefa V for a slate roof. For example, to order a 2.kWp PV Pack incorporating Enfinity 2M modules and an Enfinity ENF-2TL inverter to be installed on a slate roof, simply specify PV Pack Code PP2-1 with Option A inverter, slate roof hooks. 8 P a g e PV Pack Design Notes 1. System sizes are measured under Standard Test Conditions (STC) of 1,W/m² irradiance, AM 1. spectrum, 2 C cell temperature. Test certificates are available on request. 2. Inverters detailed are sized to provide the optimum level of performance and efficiency for typical installations in certain design conditions. Inverters specified in the PV Packs are sized on the assumption that modules are installed in single arrays with modules at the same angle and orientation. Installers should always confirm the inverter specification for each specific installation using the design tools which are available to download at no cost from Enfinity, SMA and Fronius as appropriate. Inverter design tools can also assist in the design of cable runs and string calculations. 3. The components provided in each roof mounting system will support the layouts as defined for each PV Pack. Specifications are based on a standard roof mounting system to be fixed onto a pitched roof with tiles or slates. The following conditions apply: a. For standard tile roofs, specified mounting systems come with Schletter Universal roof hooks based on one hook every 1.2m (equivalent to every other rafter at mm spacing or every third rafter at mm) plus extra hooks where appropriate to allow hooks to be staggered; b. For slate roofs, specified mounting systems come with Schletter Prefa V slate roof hooks based on one roof hook every.m (equivalent to every other rafter at mm); c. Specific fixing densities are detailed for each PV Pack. Following the Schletter design method, these densities are suitable for average wind-loads in low snowload areas allowing for hooks to rest on the roof under heavy loads. In heavier wind- and snow-load zones, or where the structure of the building requires it, extra hooks (and associated M1 nuts and bolts) can be ordered separately; d. Mounting system components listed for each PV Pack do not allow for obstructions or features on the roof (e.g. chimney, Velux window). Additional items can be ordered separately to accommodate irregular arrays and/or specific fixing requirements; e. Mounting system designs for each PV Pack are based on modules being installed in portrait with modules clamped on their longest side and mounting rails running horizontal; f. PV Packs do not include the stainless steel fixing screws required to attach roof hooks. Assistance in specification of the optimum fixing screw is available on request; g. In accordance with the requirements of the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS), installers must always confirm the suitability of a roof mounting system for any given installation, and if necessary should consult a structural engineer. Further technical support is available to assist with bespoke mounting system designs from Enfinity or Schletter as required.. Electrical ancillaries are not included in PV Packs.
