2 ABOUT US PREMIER COMPONENTS have over thirty years experience in the manufacture and supply of 7mm scale components, profile milling being our speciality. OUR CONTACT DETAILS Premier Components 14 Swanlow Avenue Swanlow Park Winsford Cheshire Tel: GENERAL SPECIFICATION All our Mainframe Kits are fully machined profile milled, brass thickness being 18swg (1.2mm) and come complete with axle bushes, square brass frame spacers and where appropriate, bogie or pony trucks, which include pivot pin, springs and slotted spacers. All holes (including brake pivot holes) are accurate drilled and countersunk for a screw together assembly. All Frame Kits include rigid coupling rods profile milled 16swg (1.6mm) Nickel Silver (drilled 2.5mm) to suit Slater s crankpins (can be drilled to any size upon request) optional jointed coupling (lap joint) rods can be supplied upon request for a supplement fee. Please specify your requirements regarding pick up holes and plunger units. COUPLING RODS Catalogue prices are for rigid rods only. All our profile milled coupling and connecting rods are fully machined, and hand finished from 16 swg (1.6mm) Nickel Silver (NS103 half hard grade). Rods are pre-drilled 2.5mm to suit Slater s crankpins, but again can be drilled to any size upon request. Our coupling rods can be supplied as a fully machined lap joint option. 3 PAYMENT TERMS Post or phone your order, and we will despatch your goods with invoice by return post where possible. Please quote catalogue numbers where appropriate. You pay us when you receive the goods, not before. Cheques and postal orders should be crossed and made payable to: W CONNELL Please note: we are unable to accept debit or credit card payments. We regret that we must reserve the right to amend the specification or price of any item without prior notice. Should this affect your order, we will advise you accordingly or offer the opportunity to return goods and obtain a full refund. DELIVERY We are constantly increasing our levels of stock, but due to the complexity of some of our frame kits etc, some obscure items can take approx 14 days to manufacture and supply.
