4 SCHEDULING HELPFUL HINTS Fleet orders are prioritized based on two-digit alpha-numeric priority codes indicating month/week orders needs to be built. Numeric priority codes are not valid for Fleet. See Fleet Priority Code Calendar link below for valid priority codes. Please be aware of the following: First available priority codes are calculated weekly based on current order bank, available allocation, commodities, and plant downtime. It is very important to review the Fleet DNB weekly as first available priority codes can sometimes change drastically if, for example, a large influx of orders is received. Fleet receives a pre-determined production slots each month for weekly scheduling. Once the amount of orders prioritized for that week/month exceeds the available allocation, the first available priority code is moved out to the next week/month. Orders are selected for scheduling based on priority code first, then by order receipt date. Despite how long an order has been in the unscheduled order bank, if the plant is not yet filling the production week associated with the requested priority code, the order will remain unscheduled. As a general rule of thumb, production dates are at least one month out from order receipt date. Every effort is made to accurately estimate the lead times, and to reflect longer lead times of specific commodities. In the absence of adjusted lead times for commodities, please use the high, medium, or low risk rating as a guide. This document does not apply to VSO orders. Please review specific vehicle line information below to assist in ordering vehicles for timely delivery. Every attempt is be made to honor requested Fleet priority code. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as plant downtime or commodity issues, this may not be possible. The information and estimated timing indicated below are correct at time of publication. Availability and timing are subject to change without notice. Acceptance of an order by Ford Motor Company does not constitute a commitment to build or a guaranteed delivery date. 12 FLEET PROGRAMS **REVISED**11/09/ FUSION RAPID ORDER FULFILLMENT PROGRAM We are pleased to announce the Continuation of the Fusion Rapid Order Fulfillment Program. The program is for eligible Fleet accounts for the 2019 Model Year and provides an ongoing inventory of Fusion units built at the Hermosillo Assembly Plant for dealer and Fleet Management Company use in meeting emergency or special needs of fleet customers. These units contain a variety of trim levels and color selections for fast delivery (average target delivery timing of 25 days, depending on geographic location). All current National Fleet incentives apply to eligible FIN customers on vehicles purchased from the program. If you have any questions regarding this program, please call the Fleet Customer Information Center The MY Fusion Rapid Order Fulfillment Program (FROFP) is now active through our fleet website ( Please look at the current inventory and consider this pool for any customers who may have immediate needs. 13 STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT SALES INFORMATION 09/21/ MY TVPPA MEMBER SALES INCENTIVE PROGRAM DEALER INFORMATION UPDATE The attached documents provide information on the 2019 MY TVPPA Member Sales Incentive Program for dealers located in the seven states that sell to members. Thank you for your ongoing support of this program. 09/07/18 STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT SALES - NEW GOVERNMENT BID MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (GBMS) LAUNCH The current Fleet Concession Management System (FCM) used to assign and look up Government Price Concessions (GPC s) will be replaced by the new Government Bid Management System (GBMS) on Monday September 17, You are encouraged to submit all new GPC requests that will support bids through the end of September by Wednesday September 12, 2018 and all contract rollover or extension requests by Tuesday September 11, 2018 since the current system will be locked (no new requests) from September 13th through the September 16th to support the transition. Please see the attached document for details. STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT SALES 2019 AND 2020 MY EXPLORER 09/07/18 The final order due date for the 2019 MY Explorer is currently planned for 11/02/18. Since the 2020 MY Explorer is allnew Ford Motor Company will not be able to extend or rollover existing contracts with price protection. The customer will need to accept the price increase or rebid. 14 4/27/18 GOVERNMENT SALES MYF150 POLICE RESPONDER AND F150 SPECIAL SERVICE VEHICLE (SSV) - NEW POLICE EQUIPMENT OPTIONS We are announcing that Crown North America will be providing police equipment options on the new 2018 MY F150 Police Responder and the F150 Special Service Vehicle (SSV). This will allow you the ability to provide your customers with police equipment on the F150 Police Responder/SSV that is similar to what you have become accustom to on the other Ford Motor Company police vehicles. With the vehicle shipthru capability at Crown, the process of installing these police options on the F150 Police Responder/SSV is seamless and will arrive at your dealership complete and ready for delivery.
