Weighted average toll revenue for the March quarter increased by 2.1% on the prior corresponding period () reflecting revised toll schedules implemented over the past 12 months. Weighted average traffic for the period was 0.3% higher than. The overall result was impacted by the severe weather conditions in the US during this period. Additionally, while the milder winter in France was a benefit for light traffic, this was offset by the later timing of Easter. The table below provides a summary of the revenue and traffic performance against. Light vehicle traffic was up 0.5% for the quarter. Strong traffic growth was recorded during January and February partly due to a mild winter. Performance in March however was negatively impacted by the timing of Easter (which was in March but April ), as well as the municipal elections. After adjusting for calendar effects, implied light vehicle traffic growth for the quarter was closer to 2%. Heavy goods vehicle traffic was 1.9% above for the quarter, confirming the positive underlying trend observed since last year. Toll revenues for the quarter were 2.2% above with a total of 479.6m collected during the period. The revenue growth includes the impact of the annual tariff increases of 0.80% and 0.84% for APRR and AREA respectively, which came into effect on 1 February. MQA ASX Traffic Release March Quarter 2

Average workday traffic was down 1.2% while non-workday traffic was up 3.1%. Implied underlying performance was closer to 3% growth when excluding weatheraffected days in both years and Easter school spring break that occurred in March last year. Average daily traffic on the adjoining Dulles Toll Road decreased 4.6% compared to first quarter levels. Average daily toll revenue for the quarter decreased by 0.3% on, reflecting the lower traffic levels. The toll increase application for was approved by the State Corporation Commission and came into effect on 11 April. Mainline plaza tolls for two-axle vehicles increased by 20 to US$5.10 (peak) and 10 to US$4.20 (off-peak). MQA ASX Traffic Release March Quarter 3

During the quarter, system-wide average daily traffic (FLET) on the Indiana Toll Road was 3.2% below. Light vehicle traffic on both the ticket and barrier systems was impacted by severe weather conditions. Heavy vehicle traffic increased on both systems despite the adverse weather. Average daily ticket system traffic was down 2.8% on, with light vehicle traffic decreasing by 7.1% and heavy vehicle traffic increasing by 2.4%. Average daily barrier system traffic was down 4.1% on, with light vehicle traffic decreasing 5.2% and heavy vehicle traffic increasing 3.7% on. Average daily toll revenue was up 2.8% for the quarter due to the good heavy vehicle traffic performance and toll changes implemented on the Indiana Toll Road on 1 July.
