They are well adapted to underground use in industrial applications with an additional mechanical protection. These cables can be fixed on cable trays, within conduits or fixed to walls. CONSTRUCTION Conductor RE: Class 1 solid copper conductor according to BS EN RM: Class 2 stranded circular or circular compacted conductor according to BS EN Insulation XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene) Bedding PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) Sheath PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) CABLE STANDARDS IEC , BS EN/IEC , VDE 0276 part 603 The electrical and dimensional properties of this product are measured by the Technical and Quality Assurance department at the Eland Cables laboratory. Cable performance in respect of conductor resistance, construction quality (workmanship), dimensional consistency, and other parameters are verified to published standards and approved product drawings. Conformance to RoHS (Restriction of the use of Hazardous Substances) is determined and confirmed.
