2 AUBURN RIVERSIDE HS & MT. BAKER MS HVAC IMPROVEMENTS PROGRESS: Auburn Riverside High School: New variable speed drives installed at existing mechanical equipment. Compressors replaced at chiller units. New HVAC equipment installed for rooms 200, 202, 308, 801 and 803. New energy management system control equipment partially installed. Mt. Baker Middle School: New air conditioning unit installed at the Telecommunications MC room. PERCENT COMPLETE: 90%

8 ALPAC ELEMENTARY MECH. & ELEC. IMPROVEMENTS PROGRESS: Upgrades to the HVAC control system partially complete. New water saving plumbing fixtures installed. New HVAC unit installed for the gymnasium. New energy-efficient hot water heating tanks installed. Commissioning of the HVAC system in progress. New energy efficient light fixtures installed in classrooms and gymnasium. Additional exterior lighting partially installed. PERCENT COMPLETE: 85%

Electrical cable protection installed at fly loft work deck above stage. All work substantially completed September 1, Project accepted as complete on September 17, PERCENT COMPLETE: 100%
