EVIEW EVIE W EVIEW EVIEW Dan Edwards was born in ortsmouth, Virginia on April 1st, 1951 After graduating public school in Chesapeake, Virginia, in 1969, he attended Tidewater Community College in ortsmouth, Virginia, and Madison College (now James Madison University) in Harrisonburg, Virginia, where he earned his associate s, bachelor s, and master s degrees in music and music education Dan has been a public school teacher, organist, and choir director, and presently serves as Minister of Worship at Lake Drummond Baptist Church in Chesapeake, Virginia He has been a published composer for 25 years and his choral, instrumental, and handbell arrangements appear in the catalogs of over 15 established music publishers in America In 2004, he was honored as Composer of the Year by Jeffers Handbell Supply in Irmo, South Carolina He is also author of a coming-of-age series entitled The Adventures of Jimmy Wanger published by ublish America VIEW EVIEW EVIEW Dan has been married for 39 years to Lori Somerville Edwards, who teaches music in the Chesapeake City ublic Schools They have two children, ebecca, 29, and John, 24 EVIEW EVIEW IEW EVIE EVIEW EVIEW W EVIEW EVIEW E
