RT El Paso Electric Company EL Public Service Company of New Mexico Tucson Electric Power Company WestConnect RTO, LLC NOTICE OF TECHNICAL CONFERENCE ORGANIZATION (January 31, 2002) As announced in the Notice of Technical Conference issued on January 24, 2002, Commission staff will hold a technical conference on February 5-7, 2002, to continue the discussions begun at the public conference on January 22 and 23, This notice provides the organizational format and agenda. The sessions are designed to allow panelists identified on the attached agenda to provide further technical detail on specific aspects of electricity market operations. The conference will start each day at approximately 9:30 a.m. and will adjourn at about 5:00 p.m. It is scheduled to take place at the Commission's offices, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C , in the Commission Meeting Room on the second floor. The conference is open for the public to attend. Time permitting, members of the audience will then be invited to participate. Members of the Commission may attend the conference and participate in the discussions. The agenda is attached.
