5 BOLLORÉ GROUP EXPERT IN ELECTRICAL STORAGE 195 YEARS OF SERVING MODERNITY Publicly traded since October 30, 2013, Blue Solutions is the company that manages the electrical storage operations developed by the Bolloré Group. By diversifying its historical business of producing paper and ultrathin plastic fi lm, the Bolloré Group has become a producer of complete electrical components for capacitors, and now holds over one-third of the global market. With this expertise and 20 years of R&D, the Group has engineered electrical storage solutions and batteries that rely on a single technology, the LMP (Lithium Metal Polymer) battery as well as supercapacitor technology. As sustainable development and power storage have become major issues for citizens, cities, and governments, the Bolloré Group has relied on this expertise to develop smart solutions for generating, storing, and consuming electrical power. These solutions are employed both in mobile applications (cars, buses, trams, boats) as well as stationary ones (for individuals, businesses, local governments, etc.) developed and sold by the Group s other entities under the Blue Applications division, which since 2011 has been rapidly growing in France, England, the United States, Asia, and Africa. Blue Solutions now includes over 300 researchers, engineers, and techncians that produce these high-tech batteries at two production sites in Brittany and Canada. Its current annual production capacity is 300 MWh, equivalent to ten thousand 30 kwh batteries. By , that capacity will rise to 1 GWh, or the equivalent of 33,333 such batteries. All of Bluebus manufacturing operations are carried out in France (Brittany, Mayenne), where it employs about a hundred people. 6 LMP BATTERIES LITHIUM METAL POLYMER THE 6-METER BLUEBUS 3 BATTERIES GIVE IT A RANGE OF 120 KM The 6-meter Bluebus, with its 3-battery pack, offers 90kWh of on-board power and a range of 120 km. Its performance and reliability have been proven in the fi eld through the Autolib experience (more than 200 million kilometers traveled) and similar car-sharing services in Lyon (Bluely), Bordeaux (Bluecub), Indianapolis (BlueIndy) and Turin (Bluetorino).

SAFETY, PERFORMANCE, & ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLINESS The LMP batteries stand apart because of their high energy density, and safety of use. These are dry ( fully solid ) batteries, which gives them many advantages. They contain no solvents, no rare earth metals, and no cobalt. The LMP battery, developed for mobility applications, has a minimum energy capacity of 30 kwh. 13 DESIGN & ERGONOMICS Its curved lines give it a unique design: it looks like no other model on the market. It has an assuredly modern and urban look while being one of the most compact electric minibuses in its class. With its smartly designed architecture, interior comfort is preserved, and the large windows increase the feeling of spaciousness while offering 360 views. The passenger compartment and features are in perfect harmony. The driver space has: a pivoting seat with pneumatic adjustment, with a reclining back and adjustable bottom, a dashboard with an LCD screen, and modular heating independent of the passenger space.

14 THE CHARGE POINT SIMPLE TO USE The point contains 3 chargers (one per battery), an energy meter and a modem connection to a Bluebus server (a 3G data SIM card for transferring data via the charge point). The 3 chargers are built into an external station. This set-up lowers the bus s weight and saves on energy. Each Bluebus is sold with its own charge point. The maximum charge time (with the batteries drained) is 8 hours. The system enables partial recharges (with no effect on batteries). The data from this system makes it possible to track the batteries over time and helps with their preventive maintenance.
