1 PowerCommand iwatch Wireless Description The PowerCommand iwatch Wireless remote monitoring system provides a simple, inexpensive method for remotely monitoring gensets. The monitor communicates with a remote server over cellular or satellite. Gensets can be monitored using an internet browser and the system can deliver s or text messages on alarm conditions. 2 User main page The front page will display all of the units that a particular user has access to. The four colored boxes for each unit give a quick view of the status of all of the units. Under running a red box indicates that the genset is not running, green indicates that it is. Under engine status and engine parameters a red box indicates an alarm condition and a green box indicates no alarm. Under data link green indicates that the server is communicating with the device and red indicates that there is no communication. The server can be configured to send an alarm or page when it loses communication with the device. Engine status Clicking on the engine status box will reveal the status of each of the monitored events. This page displays the conditions of all monitored alarm points. Alarm descriptions are configurable and the alarms can be configured to be active on either the high or low state. Alarms can be delivered selectively so not every recipient will receive all alarms. For example a company who is contracted with maintaining fuel could be set up to receive only low fuel alarms.

3 Alarm history The system will log events. The event log can be pasted into an Excel spreadsheet. Engine parameters Clicking on the Engine parameters box displays analog data. Text descriptions and alarm thresholds are configurable. The system will also display and graph historical data and will export data in CSV format. Parameters can be graphed over any period of time. Note the graph below shows coolant temperature over a three week period. You can see that the genset ran three times during this period. You can also see the block heaters cycling on and off.

4 Customized data logging The GX128 product supports customized data logging. Here is an example of a gas genset for which the iwatch Wireless product monitors engine performance data. In this example exhaust temperature is plotted
