About Us: Delmarva 2000 Ltd., formerly Delmarva Laboratories, has been selling high quality dental equipment and accessories since Located in Milton, Delaware since our founding, our team of sales and manufacturing professionals strive to produce and sell quality and innovative products specifically designed and manufactured to meet the demands of veterinary professionals. Our product line was originally limited to dental equipment. Then in 2005, answering a need in the industry for a powerful and cost efficient alternative to laser, we introduced our Veterinary HFR surgical unit. Our HFR unit is powerfully built with isolated circuitry, not ground referenced circuitry like some of our competition. With 125 watts of power and a full 4 MHz of radio waves, our surgical unit operates in either monopolar or bipolar phases and allows for Cut, Blend and Coagulation modes at the touch of a switch. It is considered one of the most powerful and reliable units in the industry. In 2012, in keeping with our desire to provide innovations to meet the needs of our customers, we introduced the Vantage Plus Ultrasonic Scaler with Polisher/ Operative. This combo unit features focused Illuminated Micro Motor and Scaler hand pieces. The built in lighting provides direct illumination to the oral cavity to eliminate shadows and the need for bulky light attachments. We consider Superior Customer Service one of our stated missions and as important as the quality of our products. We like to speak directly to our vendors and business associates and feel our customers deserve that same right. Therefore we strive to answer all customer telephone calls with a live company representative and not an automated greeting. 2 As we approach our 25 th year in business, we are committed to producing the finest quality veterinary equipment in the industry and to continue to provide the personal support that our customers have come to expect. 4 SHIPPING POLICY No minimum order requirement Shipping Cost: UPS is our preferred carrier, and we will simply pass along what UPS charges us. You are encouraged to give us your UPS account number. Please with your account number. RETURN POLICY In general all sales are final. All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact customer service. (See below) REPLACEMENT / CREDIT You may request a replacement or credit for your purchase within three (3) days of the receive date for either of the following two reasons: 1. We sent the wrong item and the seal is not broken. 2. The item received is defective or damaged in transit. 3. There was a shortage in shipment. RETURNS You may return your surgery equipment in its unopened, original condition for a credit less 25% restocking fee within 14 days of the order / ship date. If after 14 days you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, we will send you a replacement; please see Replacement above. Credit less 25% restocking fee will be on the item purchase price, excluding shipping, handling, or drop ship fees RMA IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES. 10 Dental Accessories Scaling Inserts We carry both TFI and FSI style ultrasonic scaling inserts as well as specialty inserts. The TFI Inserts (Thru Flow Insert) Thru Flow water lavage delivery. The FSI Insert (Focus Spray Insert) provides greater scaling efficiency with less water. Internal water delivery system delivers water directly to the insert tip and focuses it where it's needed most. Better water management, less usage means greater patient comfort.
