5 THERMOPRESS MACHINES 5 Thermopress machines Machine curing damages of diagonal and radial tires. Most minor injuries in radial and diagonal tires can be repaired in a short time. Enables repair of tire tread, side and shoulders as well as repair of inner tubes and valves. The machine assures stable temperature and vulcanization regulation time. Vulcanizing temperature of approx. 160 C significantly reduce the time of vulcanization of tires. Power supply: 230V/50 Hz. Available in two models: with manual pressure (Thermopress Standard) and pneumatic pressure (Thermopress Pneumatic). Relative air humidity, which amounts to 100% before drying, decreases only to 21% (.75g H2O) after the refrigerant dryer (for dew point +3 C). Compressed air that flows into the dryer has a temperature of +3 C +45 C and is initially cooled, in air/air pre-cooler, down to +14 C +23 C.
