4 Lifts for trucks MCS MOBILE COLUMN SYSTEM Simple transportation by truck ideal for mobile use due to low column height of 2165 mm Easy location and relocation of columns through integrated roller system and handlifting device. The handling is easy and can be operated through push buttons from every column. Adjustable wheel forks for lifting a wide range of different tire sizes without additional adapters. It is possible to operate the mobile columns for lifing and lowering individually, in case to reach the different levels of the pick-up points, for example, by lifting a trailer. A display for visualisation of lifting heightm, as well as an emergency stop button is located on every column. WHEEL FORKS FOR EVERY RANGE OF USE Safety Lock Adjustable wheel forks with display in inches makes it easy to position the exact tire size wheel forks are secured with bolt and clamp. SAFETY AND FUNCTIONALITY The patented electronic synchronization system SST (Safety Star Technology) guarantees exact, synchronized movement of the system in the same height at any time. An electronic position measuring system and proportional valves guarantee a millimeter exact sychronization. Furthermore, the system locks at any working position mechanically. The mobile columns are powder coated and thus protected against corrosion. Therefore, they can be easily transported by truck.

SST SAFETY STAR TECHNOLOGY Four hydraulic units are controlled by an electronic synchronization through proportional valve technique. Each column has an integrated lift cylinder with SST technology Both runways have a perfect synchronisation in millimeter at any time. 10 Lifts for trucks UNI LIFT modular SCISSOR LIFT FROM 15T UP TO 60T The modular constructed scissor lift for trucks developed by NUSSBAUM lifts loads up to 60 t. The overall capacity and the rail lenght are determined by the combination of scissor modules and connecting modules. Maximum flexibility via module construction a lifting unit consists of scissors modules with lifting capacity of 15t or 20t and connecting modules. In combination with connecting modules, the max. length of the runway is possible up to mm. Each module can be operated individually. Space-saving roll-off protection allows the lifting modules to be installed with a maximum of 200 mm. Optional mechanical vertical roll-off protection is integrated in runway, which requires only 50 mm distance between the lifting modules. Optimal access underneath the lifting vehicle, the connecting module can optional be decoupled hydraulically or mechanically at floor level. The lift is protected against accidental lowering by using a ratchet bar with hydraulic lock and unlock. 18 truckbay TESTING & MAINTENANCE PIT FOR TRUCKS The truckbay is a completely prefabricated pit for the repair and inspection of heavy duty vehicles up to 60 tons. With a standing height of up to 1.60 meters the truckbay makes modern and ergonomic work possible. The truckbay complies with the regulations for the prevention of industrial accidents according to the German law UVV (Unfallverhütungsvorschriften) and with the federal water act, WHG (Wasserhaushaltsgesetz) 19 sections i, l and g. The truckbay consists of leak proof steel cassettes, which thanks to the self-supporting structure make complex formwork or armouring during the installation unnecessary. Our truckbay is available in different versions and lengths up to 32 meters. The regular standing heights are available from 1.40 to 1.60 meters. With the truckbay, two variants of truck loads are distinguished in accordance with DIN 1072: SLW30 for 30 tons and SLW60 for 60 tons. You are able to drive over the closed cover with the specific traffic load (30 or 60 tons). The truckbay is available with or without an automatic roll cover, the truckbay cover, which is optional available as one piece or divided in two pieces.

21 21 Assemble your own truckbay LIGHTING Besides the standard lighting with 58 Watts of moisture-proof lamps, we offer optionally a hand lamp with cable- winder. The hand lamp ensures an exact detail view under the vehicle. COMPRESSED AIR INSTALLATION The piping for the compressed air is already assembled and equipped with 3 brazen quick-couplers. The compressed air installation can additionally be upgraded to stainless steel piping. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION The standard electrical installation includes: circular cable conduit, two electric safety sockets 230V/ 50Hz, which are shock-resistant and protected from jet water (IP65) with wiring. Additional sockets can be installed at any time. STAIRS AND EMERGENCY LADDER The truckbay with with two sets of pit stairs and additionally we offer an emergency ladder. The stairs are powder-coated with anti-slip surface. The two sets of stairs are available in three types: standard stairs, stairs with place for pit jack and stairs with place for hanging jack. DEWATERING 2 METHODS The water is purged with a drainage pipe, which can be attached to either the sewage system of the workshop, or into a pump well with a submerged pump. SURFACE TREATMENT The truckbay is protected from corrosion with a special two-component active primer, as well as special two-component finish coating. They offer ideal protection against commercial oils, greases and acids. FLOORING The flooring of the truckbay is covered with grating, 30 x 11 mm mesh. Therefore an easy visual inspection of the underside and easy cleaning is possible. WORKSHOP EQUIPMENT We offer a variety of workshop equipment which upgrades the truckbay functionality.
