3 Details of Experience - 12 YEAR INTERNATIONAL JOB EXPERIENCE Presently I am working with SAMSUNG C& T RABIGH IPP2 (INDIPENDED POWER PLANT) as a Generator technician in Saudi Arabia from 19 th October 2014 to Present. Installing work of Six gas turbines, three steam turbines and nine generators total 2060 MW plant handling electrical installation works. Preventive maintenance & operations of all Electrical & mechanical systems in plant, this includes maintenance of 88 kw to 10 *1.5 mw Diesel Gen sets. Inspect, repair and maintain mechanical equipment s and machinery such as water pumps and air compressors. Developed generator maintenance program to satisfy all warranty specifications Inspected Power Generator Systems according to organizations standards and regulations. Analyzed data on service repair orders to determine nature of repair required. Recommended measures, service manuals revisions, and equipment purchases, to improve work performances and Minimize operating cost. Reviewed and demonstrated understanding of blueprints, schematics, and wire diagrams completely to fulfill job assignments Implemented troubleshooting to the board level, using digital multi meters, voltage regulators, electronic governors and control circuits.
