The data additions are for all CAT5 cable, ends, piping,attachments and labor reqiured in all locations with Johnson Controls panles needing to be tied into the network. All sited were reviewed to determine the nearest locations for tie in. Per revised locations from district IT. This quote excludes work required for Priarie Crest Elementary. 3 PR# 297 Craig Barnum (39) /4/203 Power Wiring Modifications Cost is for cooridination of shutdowns and rewiring of MDP's at Prairie Ridge, Prairie Creek and the HS MDP near the auditorium. An average of 8 hours per incident is expected for these tasks to be completed safely and the MDP's to be able to accept the CT's for power metering. 3 Shutdown and wiring modifications to MDP , TAL AMOUNT, Please fax signed acceptance to (39)

4 PR# 258 2/2/203 Crest Power/Data Additions (2) Data additions required for metering Crest include all data cable, ends, hangars, pipe and fasteners to run from Outside the Gym near the 200Amp service as directed, back to nearest Network room for Johnson Controls also half of the enclosure and heater material and labor. Included is pipe, fasteners, hangers, wiring and breakers needed for power circuit extensions from nearest 3- phase panel to outside the Gym near the 200 Amp service for metering panel and Johnson Control panel power requirements. Upsized CT's for larger service are included in power quote also half of the enclosure and heater labor and material. The cost for installing the Nema 2 enclosure and heater to house both panels, rail mounted heater and associated parts and wiring are split between the additional data and power quotes. The material and labor for each pipe run is included seperatley in each item of the quote. 5 The unforeseen condition related to Quote 297 could be analogous to finding a pipe in a wall that had extra offsets or corrosion that would require rework/replacement. We determine the approximate location of the pipe, but would not be able to know it s exact condition or routing. Specifically for the conductor terminations, covers would need to be removed from the live electrical equipment in order to view the conductors/bussing/terminals (or a planned shutdown would need to be coordinated). Our standard of care for site investigation does not include opening live electrical equipment as our Engineers do not have the appropriate training nor safety equipment. For the study phase of this project, we hired ACME Electric directly as we knew it was important to look inside of the 5kV cabinets and they have the equipment/training needed. For the metering scope of work on this project, it did not feel justifiable to add the expense of a licensed electrician to open panel covers as the conductors are generally trained in a manner where CT s can be installed. Specifically for this project, 7 of the 0 locations had conductors that were trained acceptably and fall within the scope of work for the original contract. Would you like for Design Engineers to adjust our standard of care for site work on electrical panels at Prairie? We discuss this topic with other Owners when issues like these come up and most become comfortable with the Engineer s educated assumptions as opposed to burdening the upfront cost of an electrician to open electrical equipment that many times aligns with the educated assumption.
