5 Private and shared transfers S E R V I C E S & C O N D I T I O N S Transfers will be in air-conditioned vehicles. All vehicles are regularly, audited and maintained to ensure clients comfort and safety. Airport Transfer shared transfer by Coach: Guests staying in the same region will be regrouped in one bus Waiting time at arrival is of maximum 1 hour after the first passengers arrive at our counter Baby seats are not available in the Seat-in-Coach category On departure: clients will be picked-up from their hotel 4 hours before the flight departure time Following cases required no sharing coach service: Transfers to city hotels (eg: Port Louis, Ebene); to hotels located remotely (eg: Chamarel, Ferney, Baie du Tombeau or Albion); or to private villas & Inter-hotel transfers Airport Transfer private transfer : On arrival, the private car will be stand by for The total stand-by time for a Private Car is 2 hours as from the landing time of the plane For departure, clients will be picked-up from their hotel 3 hours and 30 minutes before the flight departure time On departure, a vehicle shall not wait more than 10 minutes after the departure time given to clients : One piece of luggage and one small hand luggage are allowed per person otherwise specified in the vehicle maximum capacity. In case clients land with more luggage which cannot fit safely in the vehicle & without prior notification, we shall organise a separate luggage transfer which will be billed directly to clients at the airport. Unexpected or unadvised arrivals without re-confirmation from Connections A private transfer will be organized and charged to the guest, unless you instructed us otherwise. If sharing coach service is available, client will be proposed (charged) to be transferred in this type of transfer. If sharing coach service is not available, then a private transfer will be oranised by our airport team and charged to the client unless you instructed us otherwise.

6 H E L I C O P T E R T R A N S F E R S Connections takes pride in being able to offer bespoke helicopter service to our corporate and private clients. Our handling partners will welcome you on arrival of your flight and help you collect the luggage to transfer you straight to your helicopter connecting flight. They will also assist you until your hotel or villa shuttle welcome you upon arrival. Helipads are available at a selection of hotels, around the island, availability needs to be confirmed. Other helicopter services are also available like ssightseeing tours, aerial photography, heli lunch and Heli golf

7 Helicopter transfers S E R V I C E S & C O N D I T I O N S Transfers are operable everyday on request, provided it is during daylight Clients need to be at the helipad 15 minutes before schedule departure time Clients need to show a form of photo identity such as passport, national ID card, driving license etc Clients must provide average weight at time of booking To avoid disturbance for clients at hotels, landing times of helicopters may vary. We will reconfirm appropriate landing times on a case to case basis. Landing fees apply Helicopter Transfers between Airport & hotel The transfer is direct between Airport & Hotel or Hotel & Airport The helicopter has a capacity of 4 passengers but very limited luggage space. For 1 or 2 passengers: two normal-sized suitcases but experience shows that 2 hardcore suitcases will rarely fit into the luggage space. For 3 or 4 passengers, only one normal-sized hand baggage per passenger may be carried. We shall automatically book a separate vehicle for the luggage transfer, even for two passengers.
