RENTAL CONDITIONS AVIS CAR- AWAY Camper rate includes: Tax(VAT), comprehensive insurance, guaranteed newer vehicle not older that two model years, unlimited mileage (except in Corsica: 100 km per day), vehicle kit (specified under optional extra s), cooking utensils (specified under optional extra s), tourist information (road maps, list of campgrounds, map of Aires de services ), regional suggested itineraries (Brittany, Loire Valley ), outdoor cleaning after return, public liability*, basic coverage*. Minimum rental agreement of 7 days. The handling fee of 120 is mandatory and must be prepaid. Handling fee includes first bottles of propane gas and first bottle of toilet chemicals. Camper rate is exclusive of: Optional extras. All rates and conditions are subject to change as required and without prior notification. Optional extra s Vehicle kit 2 bottles of propane gas (one full, the other half full), 1 bottle of toilet chemicals, 1 fire extinguisher, 1 waterhose, 1 jerrycan, 1 electric cord + European adapter, 1 broom + dustpan, 5 clothes hangers, 1 kit of spare fuses and bulbs, 1 User s Manual, 1 map of services areas, 1 guide of selected campgrounds in France. Cooking utensils 6 plates, 6 dessertplates, 6 glasses, 6 bowls or mugs, 6 knives, 6 forks, 6 spoons, 6 teaspoons, 1 papatopeeler, 1 can openen, 1 corkscrew, 1 bottle opener, 1 frying pan, 2 sauce pans, 1 salad bowl, 1 platter, 1 strainer, 1 kitchen knife. Bedding kit 2 sheets, 1 pillow, 1 pillow case, 1 blanket. Towels are included. Bike rack can hold up to 3 adult bikes, 5 per day, max. charge 100 Foldable picnic table 5 per day, max charge 100 Portable GPS covers Europe, 10 per day, max charge 100 Wifi 11 per day Baby/booster seat* 5 per day, max charge 100 *All our campervans and motorhomes have rear seating and correct anchor points. These can then be fitted with up to: 2 booster seats. (Combi- Van) 2 baby seats or a baby and booster seats. (All types except Classic 5 & Classic 6) 2 baby seats and 1 booster seat or 3 booster seats (Classic 5 pax) 2 baby seats and 2 booster seats or 4 booster seats (Classic 6 pax)

2 Children younger than six months must be secured in a rearward facing restraint Children aged six months to under four years must be secured in either a rear or forward facing restraint Children aged four years to under seven years must be secured in forward facing child restraint or booster seat Children younger than four years cannot travel in the front seat of a vehicle with two or more rows Children aged four years to under seven years cannot travel in the front seat of a vehicle with two or more rows, unless all other back seats are occupied by children younger than seven years in a child restraint or booster seat Insurances PUBLIC LIABILITY : (INCLUDED IN DAILY RATE) Public liability insurance protects AVIS CAR- AWAY for in case of fire or explosion. Public liability is unlimited in case of accident. BASIC COVERAGE : (INCLUDED IN DAILY RATE) All the drivers must be approved, be at least 23 years old and have already held a full domestic driver s license for at least two year. International driving license is not mandatory. No charge for a second driver, 50 for the third driver. (max 3 drivers possible) AVIS CAR- AWAY vehicles are insured against damage to vehicle from accident, fire, theft, vandalism and third part claim, subject to a excess clause. In the event of loss or damage to vehicle while on rental, the client s responsibility is limited to a maximum of per occurrence. With the purchase of Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), the client s responsibility is reduced from a maximum of to 800 per occurrence. This guarantee is effective in the majority of western countries: France, Andorra, Monaco, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, Finland & Denmark, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Poland, Slovenia, Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. (Other countries on request). Exclusions: Are not covered by our insurance ( = Customer s responsibility is unlimited), even with the purchase of CDW or PAI : - Damages due to frost - Damages to the interior of the vehicle - Radio, tires, wheels, side mirrors and all glass damages (windscreen, windows) - Theft of Personal belongings, or vandalism - Electronic devices provided by Avis Car- Away (GPS, TV, antenna) - Damages to the roof - Damages caused by striking objects/trees. Cancellation In case of cancellation of confirmed reservations, charges will be billed as follows: - 45 days or more prior to departure EUR days to 30 days prior to departure 30% of total costs - 29 days to departure day, no show 100% of total costs

3 Driver requirements All the drivers must be approved, be at least 23 years old and have held a full domestic driver slicense for at least two years. International driving license is not mandatory. No charge for additional drivers. Paid Transfers PRIVATE TRANSFER (PARIS ONLY - OTHER LOCATIONS ON REQUEST) Tour operators are requested to report at the time of booking or not later than 7 working days before pick- up date arrival details or hotel address and how many people are in customer s party. DUE TO TOO MANY LAST- MINUTE CHANGES, ONLY PRE- PAID TRANSFERS WILL BE ARRANGED. CLIENTS MUST PROVIDE A VALID MOBILE NUMBER THIS WILL ALLOW US TO CONTACT OUR CLIENTS. WE WILL BE UNABLE TO CONFIRM A TRANSFER IF WE DO NOT HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER. In the event a client who has pre- paid a transfer takes a regular taxi or public transportation, there will not be any refund. Transfers must BE CONFIRMED AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE TRANSFER ON ARRIVAL DAY We can arrange transfers to our location from: Paris CDG and ORLY Airports EUROSTAR Terminal (Paris Gare du Nord - Train Station) Paris Downtown hotels Other Paris Train Stations Ajaccio Ajaccio Airport Ajaccio train station Ajaccio ferry terminal Ajaccio area hotel Airport area hotel - In case of airport transfers, we do need all flight details: hour of arrival, flight number and departure place. (ex : Flight BA 308 from London - 12h30 ) - In case of transfer from a Train Station, we do need all train details: hour of arrival, train number and departure place. (ex : Eurostar 1212 from London ) - In case of transfer from a hotel, we do need hotel details (name, address and telephone) Transfers are possible from 08:00 to 15:00. Due to potential traffic problems beyond our control, precise pick- up and departure times cannot be guaranteed. TRANSFER ON LAST DAY We can arrange a return transfer to a hotel, a train station or an airport THIS TRANSFER CAN BE PRE- PAID OR PAID LOCALLY. TRANSFER MUST BE ARRANGED WITH THE CLIENT.

Airport Meeting points: CDG Terminal 1 Exit gate (just after the custom) CDG Terminal 2 Exit gate (just after the custom) CDG Terminal 3 Exit gate (just after the custom) Orly Airport Exit gate (just after the custom) Picking up the vehicle We strongly recommend our clients spend their first night in a hotel. Allow approximately one hour for departure formalities Pick- up time is between 09:00 and 11:00 or between 14:00 and 16:30. AM PU not after 11:00 // PM PU not after There is no refund if vehicle is picked up later than scheduled time. Upon his arrival, the client should expect to: - Show a valid driving license : domestic + international or domestic only - Sign a security deposit : if the client has purchased the CDW, the security deposit is 1,000 if the client has not purchased the CDW, the security deposit is 2,000 In both cases, it s payable at the collection to Avis Car- Away by an open signed credit card imprint with an authorisation obtained (sufficient funds must be available) for 1,000 or 2,000. The security deposit is cancelled 30 days after the vehicle is returned to the correct location on time, is full of fuel and all other terms of the Rental Contract have been complied with. - Watch a 10 mn video How to operate your motorhome (French or English). A bilingual Operator Manual is given to our clients. The vehicle is then inspected by AVIS CAR- AWAY and the renter who is asked to sign a Departure contract. The rental is thus open.

5 We provide free storage for luggage or other valuables. Not for One- Way rentals. Dropping off the vehicle Return time is between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 17:30. AM DO not after 12:00 // PM PU not after Penalties are charged for late returns without prior authorization. There is no refund if rental is terminated by client before scheduled time. - Toilet must be clean and empty (if not, an additional fee of 100 is levied) - Waste water tank must be drained - Interior of motorhome must be clean (especially refrigerator, stove and shower) INDOOR CLEANING CHARGES (100 ) MAY APPLY IF VEHICLE IS RETURNED NOT CLEAN. - Diesel tank must be full (as it was on departure) The vehicle is inspected by AVIS CAR- AWAY and the renter who is asked to sign a Rental Agreement. The rental is thus closed. One- ways One- ways are possible and on request. No one- way between France and Corsica. Please contact WorldWide Campers for more details. Vehicle size If, for any reason beyond our control, the reserved vehicle is not available, we reserve the right to substitute a model of similar or higher rated vehicle.
