5 SHOCK ABSORBING FRONT CASTORS W/ ADJUSTABLE SUSPENSION TWO TYPES MBL offers two unique solutions if you wish your front castors to absorb shocks when driving on uneven surfaces. On both the JAZZ fork and the SWING bearing housing it is very easy to adjust the level of suspension to fit the users weight and terrain which makes them very user-friendly. JAZZ - FORK WITH SUSPENSIONN - VERY EASY ADJUSTMENT OF THE LEVEL OF SUSPENSION Easy to adjust the level of suspension needed Shock absorbing Reduces rolling resistance Fork width 40 mm. For wheel sizes from 105mm to 130 mm. Can be installed on all manual chairs with bearing housings fitted on the frame. 8 QUICK TURN ONE-ARM DRIVE SYSTEM Our new QUICK TURN patented system allows the user to turn on the spot and thereby solves the turning inconvenience of one arm drive systems currently on the market. The QUICK TURN system reduces turning radius to the minimum allowing the user to turn in hallways and other narrow spaces. QUICK TURN DEVICE Two wheels can drive in the same or opposite direction by switching the position on the handle. Position 1: Two wheels in driving in opposite directions allow the user to turn on the spot. Position 2: Two wheels drive in the same direction PUSHRIM OPTIONS We offer two kinds of pushrims. Chose between aluminium three spoked pushrim with either carved or straight spokes. 8

Available in various lengths which suits all common seat widths. Light construction with main parts produced in aluminium (for alu-versions). Hard anodized surfaces on telescopic shafts provide high wear resistance and long life time. All mechanical joints and sockets come in high grade hardened steel. Sensitive mechanical parts are protected by rubber bellows. Can replace other existing telescopic shafts. Very user friendly also for one-hand use. 19 TILT/LIFT, LIFT AND TILT SYSTEMS Our universal and compact systems all have perfect specifications for electrical powered wheelchairs and can be used with all available control systems. Please see seperate leaflet for more details. TILT/LIFT The MBL Tilt & Lift System is a universal, combined and compact tilting and lifting unit. It supports up to 220 kg load with 88 mm build in height where the lifting range is 300 mm and the tilting angle is up to 55. Our standard configuration realizes 300 mm lift and several tilt angles of 30, 45, 50 and 55. The unit includes standard build in actuators equipped with internal limit switches. As an option they can be configured with adjustable inhibit switch and/or analogue feedback for positioning. It is also possible to use different cable tracks. LIFT The MBL Lift System is a universal and compact lifting unit. It supports 220 kg of load with 77,5 mm build in height. Our standard configuration realizes 300 mm lift and includes a standard build in actuator equipped with internal limit switches. As an option it can be configured with adjustable inhibit switch and/or analogue feedback for positioning. It is also possible to use different cable tracks. TILT The MBL Tilt System is a universal and compact tilting unit with configurable tilting angles from 30 to 55. The load capacity depends of the design tilt angle and can vary from 200 kg (55 ) to 250 kg (30 ) and maintain an 76 mm build in height. Our standard configuration realizes tilt angles of 30, 45, 50 and 55 with a maximum load capacity of 200 kg. The system includes a standard build in actuator equipped with internal limit switches. As an option it can be configured with adjustable inhibit switch and analogue feedback for positioning. 21
