5 Our universal and compact Tilt/Lift, Lift and Tilt systems have optimal measurements and specifications to be built into powered wheelchairs. The systems comply with the market s standard control systems. MBL MOTION SYSTEMS 5

6 TILT/LIFT The MBL Tilt & Lift System is a universal, combined and compact tilting and lifting unit. It supports up to 220 kg load with 88 mm build in height where the lifting range is 300 mm and the tilting angle is up to 55. Our standard configuration realizes 300 mm lift and several tilt angles of 30, 45, 50 and 55. The unit includes standard build in actuators equipped with internal limit switches. As an option they can be configured with adjustable inhibit switch and/or analogue feedback for positioning. It is also possible to use different cable tracks. 6

8 TILT The MBL Tilt System is a universal and compact tilting unit with configurable tilting angles from 30 to 55. The load capacity depends of the design tilt angle and can vary from 200 kg (55 ) to 250 kg (30 ) and maintain an 76 mm build in height. Our standard configuration realizes tilt angles of 30, 45, 50 and 55 with a maximum load capacity of 200 kg. The system includes a standard build in actuator equipped with internal limit switches. As an option it can be configured with adjustable inhibit switch and analogue feedback for positioning. 8

10 LIFT The MBL Lift System is a universal and compact lifting unit. It supports 220 kg of load with 77,5 mm build in height. Our standard configuration realizes 300 mm lift and includes a standard build in actuator equipped with internal limit switches. As an option it can be configured with adjustable inhibit switch and/or analogue feedback for positioning. It is also possible to use different cable tracks.

12 Q1 The Q1 is a very compact yet powerful actuator. It is well suited for all applications where the build-in space is limited such as, seat-lifts, lift-chairs and wheelchair lifting devices. The Q1 is very silent as it contains a high quality Italian engine. The actuator can be controlled by all known 3rd party controllers on the market and it can be equipped with a linear potentiometer which allows us to know the precise position of the piston at any time. 14 U1 The U1 is a powerful yet silent actuator. The design is compact which makes it optimal for constructions where space is limited - for example in powered wheelchair applications. The aluminium construction makes it very light. This actuator is high self-locking load.
