They regulate the feeding rate by separating the materials for sizing, removing the unwanted, and bypassing the smaller size to maximize the crushing capacity. The vibrating unit consists of two counter-rotating shafts with counter-weights. They lead to a linear vibrating motion with a 45 degree inclination to the horizontal feeding frame. Special design of grizzly bar opening to eliminate material clogging provides better sizing effect. Wear-resistant electrode welding of the grizzly bars for longer feeding life.
