2 Contamination of Fuel Aged fuel tends to re-polymerize, forming sub-micronic particles; This deterioration worsens over time and affects combustibility and pumpability of fuel too; Water is also formed by condensation in fuel storage tank; Fuel can also contaminated by dust in air or rust of storage and vehicle tank; Microbe and algae can also grow in the fuel; All these contaminants can cause excessive wear & tear to injector & injector pump, clog filter, deposit sludge in engines.

7 Features of Water Separation with Macko Filter Macko Filters have water separation plate at entrance which is very effective in separating water. Macko Filters have very strong magnet to remove sludge, iron & microbe easily. Macko Filters have unique 10 micron filter to trap other minute contaminants effectively. Macko Filters have dual structure with a shape of eight with top and bottom structures, to prevent reverse flow of trapped water. Macko Filters can detect very small amount of water.

( White line at the bottom ) Dec 10 th 11 : 12am 2 minutes later, till top of bottom bowl, water was separated (about 2.9 liter) / Bowl capacity : about 3 liter
